I recently had an experience at Reeves Complete Auto that truly exceeded my expectations. My car had been giving me trouble, refusing to start, and I was pretty stressed out by the time I arrived at their shop. Fortunately, Mackey and John Michael were there to help me right away.
From the moment I walked in, they were professional and approachable. We had a genuine conversation while they assessed the situation, and I immediately felt like I was dealing with straight shooters—no games, no upsells, just honest, clear communication. It was clear that they were knowledgeable and took pride in their work.
It didn’t take long for them to diagnose the problem as a faulty battery. They explained everything to me in terms that I could easily understand, which was much appreciated. Within no time, they had the battery replaced, and my car was back up and running.
What really stood out to me was the trust and rapport we built in such a short amount of time. In an industry where it can sometimes be hard to know who to trust, I felt completely confident that Mackey and John Michael were looking out for my best interests. They took care of the problem efficiently and treated me with respect throughout the entire process.
I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Reeves Complete Auto for any future needs. It’s rare to find such a trustworthy and skilled team, and I’m grateful for their help this morning.

ABSOLUTE crooks. Specifically told us they would do a simple radiator swap on our truck, we specifically stated we would have to drive a significant distance to them for this. Had to keep stopping every so often, overheating on the way. Called them while enroute, checking in with them, giving eta. After taking TWO HOURS to get there, overheating the entire way, we arrive and they’re at lunch. When they get back from lunch, they literally send us away saying, and I quote “how do we even know the radiator is the problem”
Meanwhile our radiator has a giant hole in it.
Feels like they could be the problem.
Had the WORST IMAGINABLE attitude and essentially told my driver to kick rocks.
What a garbage company.

I brought my Mercedes in last week because the AC wasn't working. From start to finish, the whole process was super efficient. I came here on a referral, and super happy I went with them.

I've used Reeves twice in the last couple years. My vehicles don't often need work, thankfully, but when they do I bring them to Reeves. A few years back, I cracked the water pump in Dodge Challenger. I met with the owner who gave me a fast price estimate. The price and time estimate was fair for the work my car needed. The work was started without delay. It was completed within the time estimate and for the quoted price. Mr. Reeves' communication was great and kept me informed during the whole process. At the end of the process, he even checked in with me to make sure the other employees at the shop treated me fairly, honestly, and professionally. My second car issue was a few months back when the air conditioner in my Jeep stopped working. Going into the summer months, I knew I needed to get this fixed asap. Again, they immediately assessed the vehicle and discovered the issue. I was given a fair quote and the problem was fixed within the same day. Great customer service and communication. After dealing with other mechanics, auto body shops, and dealerships, Reeves was definitely the best experience I've had on car repairs. They are highly recommended to anybody.

I've been taking my two cars (Sienna/Altima) here for a number of years and couldn't be happier withier with the service, kindness and honesty. Once had my oil change done at Brake Masters (special price) and they did a free brake check. Told me front/back were so bad they didn't feel good letting me drive away and quoted me $450. Took my car to Reeves as I'd rather give them the business and they call me twenty minutes later asking me why I wanted to change out the brakes? Inform me that they are fine and have plenty of wear on them still. Imagine that? They didn't charge me anything.

Everyone in the shop is really knowledgeable and very kind. I ran into a problem with a lemon I bought, and they were very informative with the fixes, my options, and helping me through the process of any future car purchases. I will be coming here from now on. Amazing people.

My husbad took two of our cars to this mechanic shop on two different occasions within 3 months for different issues and came out without being charged but with the problem fixed. They told him that they didn't have to do much to fix the issue. I didn't believe mechanics can be honest until we came to Reeves. I highly recommend them.
