I’m from Michigan and I called directly. I was greeted with kindness and explained that I really wanted hand written notes and that’s why I did not order on line. The woman who helped me walked me through what I wanted off the website, hand wrote cards and made sure to let me know she would handle it personally. Thank you. Once the flowers were received by the family I have to say I am impressed. Thank you for helping to make something beautiful for a grieving family. And for helping me from across the country. Thank you.

The owner / operater ( whose name escapes me now ) was professional, knowledgeable and just a lovely lady. I had to phone in the order as we were having trouble with website ( us , not Rainbow ?) and it was a great experience, like when you could get someone live and who cared and had the customer in mind while creating the order. I will definitely use Rainbow Florist Designs again. ?

Hands down one of the best florist I have come across since my birth in 1987 and that is a long time. I ran into this place randomly when I came to visit my 2 sisters in Cali. Check them out they are really good at what they do!

Love this place. My go to spot for flowers. Used to go to Mrs B’s but this place is just as welcoming. Lovely, family owned spot. Beautiful flowers.

DON'T DO IT! They had the right address but they still dropped Mother's Day flowers off at the neighbors house who was out of town. Fast forward three weeks later when they returned and brought me a vase of potpourri. Mistakes happen, people are too lazy to double check addresses but when notified and after a long discussion with an employee then to have the manager Yunnes not call back - that's just bad business. Buying local does matter. But so does taking care of the locals. Returning calls, making wrongs right. Apologizing..... actually running your business. You have a lot of local floral options in the SCV - choose a better one.
RESPONSE:
NO calls were missed. My job is to answer my phone. You had the order number I left when I called and I asked the employee for you to reimburse the card. Happiness is your brother not paying for potpourri flowers clearly delivered to the wrong place. Other 1 star Mother's Day reviews say "400 orders". There is a pattern here and it's not favorable. A lot of orders don't make for successful business. Take the amount of order you can fill correctly and you never have to make excuses.
