Richard assisted me with my battery light issue. I thought I had to get my alternator replaced (battery issue) however he was honest and did not try to make unnecessary work on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this location for auto repair's.

These people are crooks. Save yourself, your time and your money and go anywhere else. Hell you would probably do better fixing your car yourself watching YouTube videos. Joke's on us for ignoring all these horrible reviews. Don't make the same mistake. And cue their response where they say you're not a customer or completely deny the experience of the customer or say it was another shop. Nope we all have the correct business and it is this one and they are crooks. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and encourage everyone who has been robbed by them to do the same.

I brought my 2014 Dodge Ram in for repairs thinking that this was got to be very expensive. They diagnosed the problem which was a sensor of some sort. He ordered the part had it ready to go in two days. The service was excellent they had vehicle ready to go with all the recommended service completed at a very reasonable price. If you need an honest and reliable work done on your vehicle I highly recommend taking it to Power Automotive.

In April 2022, I drove my vehicle in for an oil change, spark plug change and transmission oil change. 4 months later fluid began to leak from the transmission side. I was confused because it appeared black and I know transmission fluid is not black.I called Power Automotive advising I'm leaking fluid. At first they wanted to dismiss it being the transmission oil saying its probably the oil, but when I told them it's not the oil it's leaking from the transmission, right away the response I received was, "you may need to replace your transmission ".That statement immediately raised a red flag. Telling me that is like going to the dentist abd without having x-rays being told YOU NEED A ROOT CANAL.I took my car to 3 other transmission shops in the area. ALL TELLING ME MY TRANSMISSION FLUID WAS NEVER CHANGED, THE SEAL IS CRACKED. The last shop also advised anytime fluid is changed you ALWAYS replace the seals for both oil and transmission.Diffinately now understand whythis shop is never as busy as they claim. I paid $800 just to discover transmission change was never done.The GOOD REVIEWS are from individuals who probably had a good experience, but as a female I believe I was ripped off and really taken advantage of.Services: Oil change

Fraudsters! We took our van to them, and they gave a price for transmission fluid change. It was there a few hours and we get a call, "Oh we gave you the price for the kit but not the fluid, and the fluid is $200+ more." We came back, took the van to AAMCO and they confirmed that the original price was accurate. Don't fall for Power's last minute price gauging!Service: Transmission repair
