I am so thankful that I found Platinum Auto, Pat, and his team. They are geniunely friendly (not in the fake auto-care world sense), and truly so helpful. Anytime I call them, they pickup the phone and help walk me through the situation and get me on the schedule. Their pricing is very reasonable, and just the customer service alone is really so valuable. I don't have any stress when I bring my car here, and I can't say that ANYWHERE else. Anytime I have an issue with my car, they investigate the problem and pair it with the best solution, they don't stress me out unneccesaily. I highly recommend this place!

I've been taking many different cars here for decades, and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. For any car and any problem Pat will fix or give you honest, sage advice. For instance, he doesn't sell tires or do alignments, but will tell you if you need one, and where to get one. But he pretty does everything else. His pricing is always straight by the book so you know it's fair and consistent.

I'm so happy to have found a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop to help me take care of my truck. Pat replaced filters, windshield wiper fluid that AutoNation Chevrolet claimed to have done. I found a new place for future needs for my truck. After a thorough inspection and necessary repairs, my truck drives like it did the day I bought it! I had problems with my air conditioning and platinum auto repair Did a great job fixing my car air conditioning and six other problems that I had, I highly recommend this place for doing a great job fixing all problems with my car and fast next day all problems was fixed

I called looking to get the sliding door on my Sprinter van fixed and Pat explained to me that was not in his wheelhouse. However he gave me the number of a shop that he thought would be able too. I called the number and Pat had already let him know that I would probably be calling.I appreciated his honesty and willingness to help.Danny

We had a situation with our 2015 Prius where a rodent gnawed through the EVAP hose right above the fuel tank resulting in a persistent "Check Engine" warning light. I contacted Patrick at Platinum Auto Repair because of the great Yelp reviews. It turns out that Toyota only sells the EVAP hose with a new fuel tank. The hose is not sold on its own (I confirmed this with Toyota). Patrick and his assistant drained the tank, replaced it with a new tank, and reconnected all of the hoses all in one day. Patrick retained the damaged fuel tank and hose so that our insurance adjuster could inspect the damage (it turns out that damage due rodents was covered by my AAA insurance, less deductible).We also had Platinum Auto replace the front and rear brake rotors and pads (the first brake job in 85K miles). Patrick showed us all of the old brake parts so that we could be confident that their replacement was absolutely necessary to safely operate the vehicle. We are really impressed with the quality of the work and will use Platinum Auto Repair again.

We have been going to Platinum Auto Repair for several years and highly recommend. The owner, Patrick, is highly respected and does quality work for the value. We went to him for service on our 2012 Prius as he is an expert but have also used him for our other cars, Hondas and Mini Cooper. Our 2012 Prius just had it's 180,000+ miles service and is running great! We trust Patrick's expert knowledge and know that the service he suggests is what the car needs and nothing more. He is also very "reachable" and it's very convenient to get an appointment and for a simple oil change, you're able to wait instead of having to drop off car.Highly Recommend!

I started having car trouble and immediately brought it back to Platinum. It was nothing they did to my car last time, but rather because of how well they fixed it! When I say this shop is thorough, they are thorough! This time around they found that my Alternator and battery needed to be changed. What I appreciated is that they tested it quite a few times and didn't just guess. That is the quality service you get with Platinum Repair. I am beyond grateful for the fast turn around, as me and my husband only have 1 car at the moment. If you're in need of an honest repair shop, being your car here!
