Had to bring in my OnePlus 7t for a cracked screen. Total price was about 240 after tax (for the FACTORY grade screen, NOT an aftermarket screen, otherwise would have been about 100$ cheaper). Sounds like allot, but was still the cheapest I found after calling around. Was incredibly helpful and polite. Would highly recommend for any phone/tablet repairs. Like I said, still the cheapest option I found in the area for a FACTORY grade option

He was very helpful but in researching my purchase there, I am being charged close to the highest amount possible within the range of what other people charge for this product. So great service but not the best value, in my opinion.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This uncommunicative piece of garbage place fucked up my phone. I came in with a cracked screen and they said insurance would cover anything with what they fixed. Well they said they couldn't get into my phone so when I open it and have any issues to contact them. I DID , my flash nor does my face time work I called and the "owner" was such an asshole rather than fixing his mistakes

I had an issue with my AirPods, a wire needed to be soldered. He fixed it within a couple of minutes when no one else would even look at it. Nice to see a shop that can actually fix things, not just replace them.

WARNING: Phone heaven lied when they said they put a screen protector on my sons phone, they did not. My sons phone shattered and no protector was on like i thought even though they assured me there was one. Second, They fixed my iphone screen, put a new one on they didnt use any glue or sealant so my screen literally just fell off right now ripping the connection to the screen so guess what I would have to go back and pay to get another one on. UPDATE: While I do not remove reviews in exchange for anything, The owner did reach out to me after this review and offered to fix it for free. As the above did happen, I have updated my review to be fair and impartial in appreciation for the business in doing above what he was required to and fixing the issue. With extended care like this I would go use them again and changed my 1 star to 4 star thank you

After going to T-mobile, Best buy and another phone repair store who left me and another client waiting for 15 minutes before they even came out to say hello, I found this place. When the others couldn't help me, I was about to give up on my non-responsive phone and lose all my data. It was miraculous that all my data and pictures were saved and worth every penny! I highly recommend going to this place. I couldn't have written this review without my phone!

I was provided fast and efficient service. My phone was badly cracked, and the image would shake and turn white. The camera was also broken. They fixed it within 20 minutes, and I love the outcome! They are friendly and explained things thoroughly before the repair.
