I love going to this store.
1. The staff is very friendly. Luis (Louise) is very knowledgeable about pet products and there's something that he doesn't know, he'll make sure to find the right resource for you.
2. They carry a whole variety of pet items - little fun trinkets and a variety of pet foods... their items cost less compared to other pet stores in SCV.
3. If they don't carry the product you need, they will order it for you and they will have it the next day.
4. Their customer service is great!

Great selection of foods and had my dogs toenails clipped , he was scared at first but he did not cry and came back happy...she was very good with him. I will always go here.

My vet had recommended this place for finding some more of the specialized foods my little old man needs and I can see why. This place has such a large selection of specialty food for dogs, cats, and others I believe. I went in for some low fat tummy/pancreas friendly food for my dog and the salesperson immediately let me through the sections with all the different brands to choose from. It can get kinda pricey, but it's special food for my special guy and worth it. Such a relief to have this spot so close by!

Best little pet shop. Been shopping for my pets needs since owning pets, about 8 years now. Super friendly, helpful with all my dog allergy questions, and even helps carry out the large bags of food to my car. I highly recommend supporting this small business.

I'd give them 10 stars, if I could! I've been taking my dogs to see Dr. Tammy since the 1990s, when she was at the Vons shopping center @ Sand Canyon (I'm SO GLAD she stayed in the area)!! She's a GEM! GREAT veterinarian, and she has a wonderful way animals and their humans. Her prices are fair, and the wait is never too long for such great service, especially for a walk-in business. I take my Golden Retriever here for grooming, as well, and he always leaves looking AMAZING! I also buy my dog food and other supplies here! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Tammy and Pet Stop!
