Brought my watch in for a battery replacement. Fair price and the service was outstanding (they checked pressurization and replaced a gasket), on time as promised. Five star. I’ll be back.

My citizen watch stopped working so i took it to two locations of Perfect Fit at the mall in Valencia. Both locations said i needed a battery (solar powered watch??) - cost 80.00 or more. I told both that the watch was not worth it and walked away with one guy yelling after me that he could sell me a new watch. I went to their third location in the mall near the food court. A young woman named Yari also verified that a new battery could cost 80.00 or more BUT here is the difference between the other two guys. Instead of trying to sell me the batter she explained that these type of watches need sunlight to run. If you keep the watch locked up, it will eventually stop running- she suggested i place the watch in sunlight/lamplight for 48 hours. GUESS WHAT- it worked. I saved 80+ dollars- i went back to thank her for her HONESTY- i believe she told me the 3 perfect fit kiosks were family owned - perhaps the other employees could take lessons from Yari - Honesty is so refreshing. Yari deserves a five but my poor rating is a result of the other two employees who tried to get me to spend 80+ $$$

I have to give Kudos to Steven of Perfect Fit Jewelry...his honesty and great customer service is truly admirable...I brought my mom's watch for battery replacement since it stopped working...Steven opened the watch casing, checked out the battery, told me it was good, and let me know that it stopped working because my mom did not push crown in...he gave the watch back and sent me in my way...what a great guy...

I went in today because I need a fix with my class ring and Yari was so helpful she fixed my class ring in a matter of seconds I felt relieved. It was a good feeling getting my class ring fixed fast and now it's looking as good as new. Thank you Yari! :)

I'm EXTREMELY disgusted with the lack of service & customer support from other watch repair stores. Perfect Fit has always been fast, efficient, & goes above & beyond to keep their customers happy. I purposely drive 20mins across town just to have them service my jewelry (which says a lot about Perfect Fit with these mile high gas prices)

Honestly, just go here if you need your jewelry fixed. Steven is fantastic - so friendly and accommodating. They're more affordable than the other jewelry stores in the mall AND the kiosks.

I just had the best service from Steven at perfect fit! After leaving Macy's with a watch that "couldn't be sized" Steven let me know that he had been hearing that all day and went to work right away. 10 minutes later I had a perfectly sized watch and couldn't be happier. Thank you again for the great experience would definitely recommend!

Jimmy couldn't have provided a more friendly service. He took the time to show me all of the possible replacement bands for my watch, and even offer advice on how the various leathers might wear over time.
