These guys know their paint love how they will ask where the paint is going and put it in their system in case you need touch up paint. One of the few last family owned businesses so you get awesome t service friendly and fast.

I was incredibly disappointed with the customer service at this store. When dealing with paint you need to work with the customer to achieve the color that they're looking for. I asked him for ranch Brown which is a standard color in Behr paint. He told me it was not a standard color in the paint that he sells and therefore he could not help me. He was incredibly condescending and rude. Maybe this is just a place for contractors but if you're a homeowner or a woman, I would advise you not to go near this place,

Paul’s Paint is the absolute best! I live 5 min from a Dunn Edwards and Sherwin Williams but I gladly drive 20 to get what I need at Paul’s, even if it’s just a few samples or a basic black. If you have a paint question or need help Paul will do whatever it takes to help you figure it out. Not to mention they sell the only paint worth buying, Benjamin Moore. The great customer service and friendliness reminds me of the hardware store growing up in a tiny Oregon town. It really is enjoyable to buy paint again.

I love this shop, and won't be shopping for paint anywhere else. As a new DIY, I have a lot of questions , so I appreciate a knowledgeable shopkeeper who can answer my many Qs.I also liked thar Paul took time to match my sample. Lastly the prices are very reasonable for such great customer service and very good quality paint.
