Good eperience with the sales and especially the finance team.
Minus one star for lack of follow though. As the car was presented to us we asked for the keys and they said " Well let me show you a few details on the car first". At the finale of that we were presented with only one key. It was a little alarming as at no point were we told they only have one key. The sales team said they would order us another one and have it shipped to us ASAP. We thought to ourselves " well how bad could it be for a week or two and we would just manage". However here we sit one month later and still no 2nd key. On top of that we are constantly reaching out to them once a week to inquire and they did not automatically reach out to us and update us with the status. On Friday (late afternoon) we received a notification that instead of them shipping to us we need to drive to the dealership (30 minutes away) and have them program a new key. Oddly enough you would think that after a month of inconvenience they would offer to drive to us to program it or find another solution that did not incnvenience the customer any longer. than had already happened. We texted back to inquire on the hours that we need to do this and how long it would take since we now need to carve out about an hour and half - two hours of our time to get his finished once and for all and have yet to hear back. :(

I had purchased my current Cadillac from Parkway, from an excellent Somali salesman, so I was unprepared for the extent their sales staff had descended into the toilet. I met a young (clearly new) salesman who was fully prepared to ignore anything I told him. I told him I was interested in viewing and perhaps test driving a CT4. His response was that he could show me a CT5. "No, I am interested in seeing a CT4." "Well, we have three CT5s in different colors. Which of these three colors do you want to buy?" Then he took me to an older gentleman who may have been the sales manager. He said that he could get me a CT4 in 2 to 3 months in whatever color I wished. I responded that I was interested in seeing and perhaps test driving the car. He ended up taking me to their display car that was filthy, and the interior was piled with trash.
Clearly, I need to visit a different dealer!

Linda in the service department was a rockstar. We broke down while in the LA area. She got us right in and was very diligent finding the part we needed. We called several times a day for updates due to our circumstances, andShe was always professional and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealer if you need any kind of of help. I was tired of the treatment at the Palmdale dealership, so I thought I would try this one. I was in and out quickly for an oil change. I had a 730 am. appt. The lobby is very clean this early in the morning. I Love the area. There are a lot of shops and eateries near. The service man I spoke with seems very knowledgeable. Overall, I was pleased with my visit.

I could not have had a better experience buying a new car than I did at Parkway Cadillac. Everyone who I worked with including management, sales, finance, and the service department were all extremely helpful and got me exactly the car I wanted. I would like to give a huge thanks to Mason and Randy in the sales department. They both went above and beyond helping me get my dream car. They were extremely responsive, thorough, personable, and they treated me like their friend. Not once did I get the typical pushy sales treatment. Mason and Randy made my experience a memorable one and were there to help me every step of the way. I cannot thank Parkway Cadillac enough. To anyone in the market for a new car I highly recommend stopping by, you will not regret it.

You can buy a car anywhere but what you can't buy is Culture and great Customer Service! The service that Parkway Cadillac provides doesn't exist anymore so I thought until I met the staff led by my interactions with Lydia! If you really want an excellent experience visit Parkway because it doesn't feel like a dealership! Great people

Do not take your car for service here. Lied about rotating my tires then tried to call me and call me a liar.Little do they know one of my tires were marked by a local tire shop to fix a nail in the tire. You guessed it. That wheel was in the same spot before and after the “supposed” tire rotation.Completely unprofessional and unapologetic. They actually got upset at me because I left a bad service review through GMC.Why would I give a lying dealer the chance to make things right? Would you do business with people you can’t trust? No thanks, I have no problems driving out of my way to a dealer I can trust.

I've been taking my Cadillac in while under warranty and have been working with Linda,the service advisor, and she has been more than helpful. They always wash my car before returning it. Nice touch!

A recall on my Cadillac SRX is what brought me 4 hours from my house to Parkway,Hands down the best dealership in Ca , California is fastly growing horrible badge for Gm, Cadillac dealer , Hundreds of complaints are reported monthly.Parkway had the least amount .I was still very optimistic being the 4 hours drive . Review are not accurate on this dealer.You can't please everyone .But everyone was totally helpful,happy to see me ,who had no appointment .Happy to help get Me a ride,Linda is totally the go to lady for me.Everyone is all dressed up like expected ,but Linda was in normal clothes,like us, down to earth lady ,They are working hard for there title of Best Cadillac Dealer in California.They have my vote ☺️????
