Wow! Where do we even begin, Chaz and his crew are lifesavers. Went above and beyond for making my little brothers truck dream come true!
Loved how straight up they were not like any other dealers we’ve dealt with before coming here. Well worth our drive from the Valley. Chaz, Anthony, & Hany thank you so much again for all your help!!!
Definitely coming back for another vehicle soon!

I came to this delarship to look at GMC Canyons and I introduced myself to one of the sales people he was a old man. He asked for my name and then he asked for my brother name, my brother stutters and the guy said oh who cares and moved on from him. After all that his cars on his lot were ugly to me. Life lesson is be patient to those who have a speech issue or any disability. My brother is 27, I don’t care how old he gets I will always say something. Be better! Be patient! I could of got the canyon but on to the next delarships.

I am from Alberta, Canada. Bought a brand new 2024 Sierra 1500 Denali 3.0 duramax right before a trip to California. On my way down, I was having issues with the DEF system. Was told by my dealership to book the truck in asap where I was staying and its a known issue and a quick software update.
I called Parkway GMC on July 29 2024, explained the situation and booked the truck in for Aug 1st 2024. Dropped the truck off at 0730 and Linda (service advisor) and a tech (not sure of his name) did say its just a software update.
Got a lyft ride back to our hotel and the wife and I went about our day. After several hours of not hearing back from Linda, I called multiple times and after no answer each time, I left a voice mail. Called once more and nothing. Couldnt even get a hold of anyone to get a ride back to the dealership. Seeing as how service closed at 1800hrs and it was now 1730hr, the wife and I got walking the 1.5 mile hike from our hotel to the dealership in 38*c temps which did wonders for my back injury. Half way there, Linda finally calls back saying the techs werent able to get to my truck and they need it for another day. That wasnt possible as we were checking out of our hotel first thing in the morning to carrying on with the rest of our vacation. What pisses me off is I booked this appointment 3 days in advance, they knew I was from out of town and limited on time and yet my truck sat for 10.5hrs not being touched. So i told linda to cancel the work order and I was on my way. She said “ok” and hung up.
The wife and I get there, Linda asks if i seen my truck outside, i said yes and she handled me the keys and said nothing. Not a explanation of why my truck wasnt done, not even an apology.
A week later i made it home and got my truck in at my dealership. Not only did the techs at my dealership update the DEF system software but took care of multiple recalls that I was unaware of, all within 3 hours.
I am very glad I am not from the Santa Clarita area and Parkland gmc isnt my main dealership because their service department is useless. I dont know if its because im Canadian and from out of town that they dont feel motivated to do warranty work or if they are just lazy.

My wife and I purchased a 2024 Hummer Ev Suv. I have to say it was one of the easiest transactions we have ever had. We had the pleasure of working with Nate and Martin. I would highly recommend asking for Nate when looking for a vehicle a d Martin is the sales manager and they are both top notch!! Will definitely be looking there in the future!!!

My service agent, Linda Monselle, did an excellent job of getting my car repaired. She obtained a loaner car for me and kept me informed every step of the way as to what was being done to my car.

Con artists. Read your contract carefully before buying a car from them. From the owner down to the shady Sales GM dont trust a word they say before verifying . Dont make them rush you either. I advise you to stay away from this dealership

In some 40 years buying/leasing some dozen cars, this was the smoothest (even pleasurable) purchase I’ve made. Mike runs an efficient and friendly team, and Randy made it worth driving the extra mile inland from the coast. And thanks to the paperwork guy for clearly getting us thru the final flurry. Clean dealership, clean sale. Loving the Envista and watching for Buick innovation in EVs.

I use to get my service done at a different dealership, decided to try my local dealer. I always make appointments when possible, especially if it's for routine service.
I work out of town, use a dealership a few miles from the office. I schedule an appointment, I am in and out in 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours.
Parkway, I have visited twice, the first time it took 7 hours for routine service, was told there were numerous walk-ins, and they had a Tech call in sick. Walk-ins should be low priority, appointments should be first. I thought it was a one off, but it isn't, last time it took 4 hours for a routine service, both were booked via appointments, so they knew I was coming in, and what I needed done.
From appearances, it looks like appointments don't matter, it's first come, first serve, so if you book a 10 am appointment, the walk-ins that put them behind schedule will be done before yours. Why have an appointment system?
My time is valuable, sitting in a dealership for a lube, oil, filter, tire rotation and 30 point inspection for 4-7 hours with an appointment is unacceptable, not sure why they accept appointments at all.
The only reason I gave them any stars is their Service writer, Linda, she is nice, polite, and has a great personality. She appears to be writing service orders, assigning them to Tech's, giving customers the bad news of the wait, cost of repairs, lack of parts, and just about everything else you can think of. I haven't seen a Service Manager, not sure they even have one. The dealership I am gong back to, the Service Manager walks through the waiting area, introduces himself, asks how you are doing, and if they are doing a good job or not.
