We purchased a RV from Parkway RV and we're very pleased with how we were treated. We did have some issues with it after the purchase but, Mason the sales person was very helpful in getting us the help we needed to get the problems fixed. Don the parts manager was very nice and helpful and Jonathan and Jose from the service dept were very knowledgeable and made the repairs in a timely and professional manner. Mike the manager treated us very well when the deal was made . Overall it was a good experience.We love our Little Guy Max ! Dave and Linda M.

I have referred people here all the time, but not anymore. We have been going to Parkway Rv for 3 years now. The last three service manager where great, but now no one will return your calls, which means a longer service time that they have your RV. We had an oil change done on our Rv in 2021, which cost $264. In October 2022, it was $368. Now, in July 2023, it was $896. (That is a big difference) That is a price increase of about 174% without letting us know ahead of time. When we went in to pick up the Rv the first time I was told by the service manager my bill was at about $2100 00 but they had not completed all the work so we had to leave it to have the generator service which was the main reason for taking it in in the first place. At that time the service manager said it would be about $300 more. When we picked it up, the bill was over $2900.00

After looking for a couple of months, I am so glad I walked into this place. A couple of weeks prior I pulled out of a sale at Camping World because honestly, it felt like a hustle.Moving on to Parkway RV. I My brother and I went in to check out a used camper, and as soon as I stepped into the travel trailer, I knew it was the perfect one for me and my son. We met with Mike and one conversation seemed to make up for all of the mess I'd dealt with at Camping World. Mike was authentic, listened to my needs, and made this work for me. It was so smooth. I walked out after a firm handshake knowing that I'd found the right place and the right camper.My toddler and I will make this camper our home, and I am so grateful that I went into Parkway that day. Thank you, Mike.I'm looking forward to delivery and spending my second Father's Day weekend with my 14-month-old son, roasting marshmallows and looking up at the stars.

Went in to look at a trailer on 5/21/23 which per hours stated said they would be open, I drove through the gate as it was open, got off and walked around tried the door to sales office but it was locked.Walked around found 2 trailers open that happen to be expensive units per the website information after walking around for approximately 20 minutes I called the number on the website.After speaking to a representative I find out this locations is by appointment which is not stated on the website, had I not called I would have thought it is going out of business a $80k trailer should not be left wide open and not only that if you do shouldn't the gate to the lot be closed.Never had the chance to work with anyone but just based on the experience I would not give my business to them.If your by appointment only it should be on your website

My Coachman Encounter had the catalytic converter and battery stolen and it needed some routine maintenance like tires and roof coating. None of my "local" RV repair places could do all in one stop until I spoke with Mario and Parkway. Not only did he guarantee he could get it all done he would meet or beat anyone else's prices. He even arranged a he tow, no easy feat since she's 37' long. I asked him to do a full check of everything and make sure the rig was trip ready. She'd sat for a bit so I knew she'd need a little TLC. The even welded a catalytic converter cage so it will be next to impossible to steal again. See pic below. To my surprise the only extras was an issue with the propane tank (leaky valve) and a couple interior lights out. Mario, Don and Blane kept us informed the entire time. Invited us out to see the progress and even allowed the rig to stay an extra 2 weeks because I had to unexpectedly work. :-)I highly recommend them if you need work and are near the Castaic area.

I took my 5th Wheel to Parkway RV in Castaic to have a J-panel replaced which was damaged by a blown-out tire. Mario, the Service Manager, looked at the panel and informed us of the cost. He assured me he would work directly with our insurance company regarding authorization and payment. He did, indeed, take care of navigating through the entire insurance process. Once the claim was approved and the part arrived, it took only one day for the repair, that's right.......ONE DAY. The technicians were very knowledgeable and displayed tremendous attention to detail. In fact, I had them address two other issues (leaking drain & propane connection). Both these problems were diagnosed and repaired in a day, as well. They even washed our 5th Wheel before we picked it up. The entire interaction with Parkway was stress-free. We've always taken our trailer to that other national RV repair place (you know the one that takes weeks to get anything done) never knowing this jewel was right around the corner. We will continue to take our 5th wheel to Parkway RV for all of our work.

We brought our rv there to have a oil change. It was told to us that it would only take a day or two. Well 3 weeks later and many issues with them we finally took our rv back. They walked all over the inside of our rv leaving oil and grease all over the carpets. They broke the screen door and the latch that closes it. We will never bring any of our rvs to them again.

We saw a trailer we really liked online. From start to finish we are so impressed by the General manager Mike, Sales Manager Nick and the young sales rep who helped us all the way through. This was easily the most seamless process we ever had with an R.V. dealer. We got the trailer we wanted with no hidden fees, problems or difficulty. We did have a couple of minor things missing and were able to pick them up right away!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! *****

They broke up a happy home, Unfortunately I cannot it work due to my mental disability and my wonderful husband Richard quit this place for what he thought was a better opportunity for our children' Come to find out the interview was rigged the whole time just to trick him into quiting They didn't think we wanted to stay home in our apartment we worked so hard for No food No hot water We have babies you pigs Evil people Honorable mention Mike Sutterman he will make you feel like your felling just by looking at you, The horror story's are astonishing bring this place down please

Was referred to Parkway RV by another local shop after being told my appointment had to be changed due to a scheduling conflict. The new date scheduled was too far out as I had a planned trip coming up. The shop recommended I contact Mario at Parkway RV. Mario was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The part needed for my Class C had to be special ordered but Mario kept me updated with the delivery status. Upon completion of the repair, he was very thorough and detailed in explaining the work performed and took the time to answer any questions I had. Thanks Mario for going the extra mile!

We were looking for something small to just hook and go, as we have owned A Class A and a 5th Wheel Trailer when we were younger. We pulled in and this young man came out and greeted us with a smile and a handshake to my husband. His name was Blaine. He was such a great breath of fresh air for a salesman. He took the time and showed us a bunch of different trailers. Did you know they come with solar panels now!!! anyways Blaine was actually off the clock for the day but he never let us know or feel rushed to leave. Eventually another guy walked out to check on us and I realized they were supposed to be closed and waiting on us lol. We said goodbyes and thanked Blaine and said we would be back another day. Blaine asked if he could call us in a couple of days and check in and we said yes. He was just such a great kid! Well he did call and he found exactly what we were looking for. It's called the Mini-lite! It's so perfect! Blaine took us in to meet his boss Mike ( who we felt like we had known forever) he is just so real and honest and joked with us like we were all family!! We got a great deal and bought it! Took our first trip in it 3 days later to Hobsons Beach with 2 dogs and a cat! We were so happy and perfectly comfortable like home. We had planned a 3 day trip but enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed 7 days. Oh and I forgot to mention the service manager I think his name is Mario. Top notch! The whole staff is awesome! Blaine was my favorite, what a great guy and such a great future a head of him!! I now call him my son that works a Parkway RV Castaic

Took our RV in for some electrical repairs. They fixed the main problem but not everything they said they would do, when asked about the repairs that were not done, the tech got attitude. They were able to fit us in when no one else could and that was appreacited, but it was also VERY costly.

After several disappointing visits to my regular RV dealer, and it was always a minimum of 8 week repair and then it was excuse after excuse of why it's going to take longer , and the repairs were of poor standards. Called Mario explained the issue, I had it booked in that day and picked up 4 days later. Excellent service and communication. This will be my go to RV repair shop. Thanks Mario, great work
