I've never had an issue with any purchases at this store. For the past three years I've come here to get my anniversary gift. I ordered something for in-store pick up, I got an email saying it was ready. I wasn't going to be able to pick up my order so I wanted to call ahead of time to add another person designated to pick up my order. The number on google is disconnected, fine... so I was going to call Glendale and ask them for the current number of Santa Clarita and their number is disconnected as well... I decided to call Pandora online customer service and they don't do over the phone customer service... SOOO??? HOW IS SOMEONE ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE?!? Then I read the online reviews & I might just cancel/return everything all together...

Worst customer service. Don’t buy anything here. Buy online so you don’t have trouble returning an item. I purchased a ring one day before returning it and I never wore it. They tell me it’s got “scratches on it” and I can’t get my money back. I had to call corporate and that got the ball rolling. Ridiculous

SCAMMER ALERTGot a ring here a day ago. Didn't like it when I got home. Went to return it. The girl who sold me the ring (the manager) didn't check it for damage during the initial sale and I didn't think to do the same cuz pandoras return policy is 30 days. So I'm not even thinking about it. When I went to return it, it was the same girl (the manager) who sold me the ring. This time she thoroughly checks the ring for damage and claims to see a scratch that she somehow claims to know wasn't there a day ago, even though she didn't bother checking it during the transaction. She denies the return based on this scratch. This girl goes on to say this location is independently owned and has a different return policy than actual "Pandora" stores, even though they are related. She says they cant re sell the ring and they eat the cost of the return, whereas an actual real Pandora doesn't? That's ridiculous on all fronts. They can re sell it at a lower price, which they should have done in the first place because I definitely didn't scratch this ring. I asked to speak to someone above her and in the meantime filed a complaint with corporate. My issue is their shadiness. 1) The "manager" didn't check the ring for damage at the point of sale. How can she know it wasn't damaged? She can't. Staff checking over an item they're selling should be mandatory and for a manager not to do it tells you what kind of shop they run here. 2) They have no obvious return policy that differs from an actual Pandora location. 3) How convenient for them! They don't check jewelry for damage during a sale but they check it during a return and can then easily deny a return based on damage that may have been there during the initial sale. 4) If they actually had a policy printed someplace customers and employees can see (on a wall for example ) that states A) their return policy is different than an actual Pandora location and B) all jewelry should be inspected before sale and c) no damaged item will be allowed to be returned, you know the employees and customers would be verifying no damage at the point of sale. I just see the whole process as a shady tactic. They can sell an item, they don't verify any damage when they sell it but then if a customer sees damage after they leave the store, it's not allowed to be returned? It's just very conveniently an easy way for them to make a lot of money and it's a completely different way a real Pandora handles things. Shame on this place. It was obvious this manager thought I would just accept their denial, and it took for me to speak to someone above her and file a complaint with corporate for them to give me a full refund. I will never buy another thing from this location and for anyone who does I would highly recommend you look over your jewelry before leaving the store.

the manager at this store currently today 5.24.23 should be fired - I have have called corporate on her as well as filed a formal complaintbought a ring 11 days ago, stones fell out already took it back in today- first of all no one in this store acknowledges anyone when they walk in I have noticed this each tine I visited- when the sales women said do you have a reciept I said no I must of thrown it away but here is the charge on my bank account and I show her that, she goes to her manager who grumpy comes over like we are bothering her and she has better things to do with her time and says no receipt nothing I can do , I said here is the charge on my checking acc she says nope can't use that, I said ok well I entered my information your tablet when I bought it look it up so she does and says nope it is not there, I said well that is on you if your sales people do not save info or your store tablets do not work but again here is my charge on my bank acct- she never once said "sorry it is store policy here is corporates number I wish I could help but I can not you will need to call them" she just walks ago - basically you spent $200 and you can go F yourself, She will not be hearing the last from me, when I called corporate office the calls are recorded and the man that helped me was amazing, I know the ring will be replaced and so should this girl ! If you have a bad day I get that but you crossed the line and will not work in retail much longer, grow up you are running business for them with your child like rude attitude ,

I purchased a $200 bracelet that is discoloring my skin making it green!! Makes my wrist looks like it's covered in bruises! I went back to this location since this is where I made my purchase.. I was told there is nothing they can do for me. I don't want my money back all I want is to exchange it for another bracelet, even though I showed them my receipt I still was told they can't do anything for me! Very upsetting

Terrible refund policy. After 30 days they won’t be able to even give store credit. This policy on top of a limited selection means your better off shopping somewhere else

I honestly hate how this is the only Pandora store in Santa Clarita. every time I come to the store this one employee that is never helpful has treated me like crap anytime I visit with someone else the experience is completely different. I wish I could get her name to put a complaint about her, but I choose not to come to the store for a reason is because of her if it help she was working a today at 3:00 but I had a previous issue with her

Horrible store policy!! I received a gift amount $570. I am not a big fan of pandora already so went to return items. Because my husband paid cash they would only return $279. They said we could drive another 20 miles and return the rest of the items there. Or we could wait 30 days to receive a check in the mail. I called their corporate office and they said every store has their own return policy and there is nothing they can't do anything. So they basically will take your money but will give you a hard time when returning an item.
