Now that there is new management here, it has gotten much better. Its almost as if when management has a good relationship with employees, they are happier, and in return customers get way better service. Funny how that works. Sean and Jhon are super cool, they definitely changed my mind about this o'reilly's.

I had some trouble with my car battery. Luckily Spencer greeted me when I walked in to the store. He was very helpful and efficient plus was able to help me check my car battery to see if It was good or not. He was honest about my options and I was satisfied with the service. 5 star! Give this guy a raise!!

Had to buy a car battery & went into this O'Reilly. I went in with a happy disposition & the very short clerk was unfriendly, unknowledgeable, and seemed to be having issues with his co-workers. Once he rang me up, without a word, he just walked away. Weird. I also left with a happy disposition. Usually I have enough grace to credit everyone a bad day. This particular occasion was a bit much. Use the Castaic O'Reilly's instead. All the worker encounters there are 100% all the time.

Can't complain went to the O'Reilly's for power steering fluid was really low cost check engine light to go on and now I filled it up and no check engine light what does advice for others check your fluids

Needed help figuring out if I had a bad alternator or battery. Nick helped me out and tested both and found that the battery was bad. I purchased a new battery which Nick also installed for me. I was in and out and back on the road in 15 minutes. Great customer service. Thanks again Nick

After a really long day, my friend needed help for her car. We went to this O'Reilly auto parts. Adriana who works there was amazing! Beyond helpful! It's so nice to be in the middle of a stressful situation to get competent help from a very kind young lady!! Thank you so much Adriana! My friend made it home safely thanks to your kind help. I'm so thankful and will forever only go to O'Reilly auto parts. Thank you, thank you, thank you- you're the best!

Today I went to OReilly and I had one of the worst services. Every time go to a store I always ask if someone speaks Spanish because sometimes my mom comes with me, so I prefer someone that speaks it that way she can understand it. Well the thing is that they told me to wait for someone, then a guy came and he said “oh I don’t speak that much Spanish” so I was like hello I asked for a Spanish speaker. So they went for a guy named Pedro. He was so arrogant, and rude. I told him that why did they send me someone that doesn’t speak Spanish. So he told me “oh you know that we are una place that we only speak English, and all the places speak English ( he almost gave me the idea that CA, speaks English, no Spanish at all)I was like Hello you are Hispanic.By the time I think he was being racist.I always come to this store but this time I didn’t like the service. I know that we are in a place that we only speak English but that doesn’t mean they need to talk to us that was.For me it was really disrespectful.
