Carlos and Ricardo are the BEST. They did a phenomenal job repairing the damage on my car and made the entire process an amazing experience. They truly are wonderful and my car looks perfect! I am beyond satisfied with their work and grateful my neighbor referred me to them. I will never go elsewhere for my auto body needs, Carlos and Ricardo locked me in for life! ¡Muchas gracias muchachos!

Ricardo fixed my car after it was hit and run by a semi truck while parked. He did a great job, looks like nothing happened to it. He also worked with AAA for the claims. Took him a week to fix it. He is kind and very responsive to texts and calls. I highly recommend him.

Ricardo is the best! He worked on my 2019 Subaru Outback and had to deal with State Farm Insurance for me. Ricardo was great he took care of getting the estimate to State Farm quickly. He drove me to Hertz to pick up a rental. When the vehicle was completed in repairs as promised, the vehicle looked brand new, you couldn't tell the vehicle had been in an accident. If you're looking for a body shop to use R&J Preferred Auto Body you will get the best customer service, and quality workmanship and to top it off you'll make a new business relationship.

Best Auto body shop in town!!! This two amazing men help me with it all! Working on my car on a matter of time I need it! To having them guiding me through it all, step by step. As well my car looks like brand new once it was back in my hands. Best of all time frame of fix my car was so extremely fantastic! Check them out before you head to someone else in Santa Clarita! if you want a great place to take your daily vehicle or a high end vehicle for auto body and paint work take it to Ricardo and Jose!! I have taken 3 cars to R&J Preferred in the past few years and the work and service is exceptional. They take their time, detailed everything, removed the hood and stripped it all the way to the bare metal and prepped and painted it so well..... its like a mirror when you look into the finish. I have also sent many others friends their and all have the same great experience. If you want it done right, and professional, take any car, truck, sports car, or anything with automotive finish to Ricardo and Jose and you will be very happy!!Thanks again R&J

Had a couple of dings on my GMC Terrain, one was quite a mess due to me hitting a metal pole that I couldn't see. I called Carlos and arranged next day to get an inspection and quote.I was able to leave it that Wednesday he said probably Saturday it would be ready. However he called me Friday morning to say it was finished The work was outstanding, I couldn't tell where it was hit, the paint job matched perfectly and I couldn't be happier.This is the second time I have been there and I would recommend them to any body.Carlos is courteous, polite and professional and his prices are extremely reasonable.Definitely a contact to keep!

Ricardo and Ramon did an amazing job on my 1983 Corolla Wagon.It was side swiped in a hit and run and it sat for months while I waited to find a replacement door. When I finally resourced one, I took it to Ricardo. I didn't know this at first, but there was a good sized piece missing from the inside door. He and Ramon worked their magic to weld a piece from the old door so that the window regulator could mount up. Ricardo was able to paint match the color of my car perfectly!! I'm extremely happy with the work they did! 10 out of 10! Will definitely recommend friends and family to their shop.

I have had the pleasure of working with both Ramon & Ricardo on several occasions in the past year. And they have been nothing but honest and professional every time. Their work is top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done to their cars.In my first visit, my 83 Toyota Hilux was stranded on the road. I was having problems with the cooling system.I had the truck towed to Ramon and he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and have my truck back on the road right away! He also looked over the truck to let me know what else needed to be addressed in the future and did not pressure me to do any additional work.My second visit was for paint. Ricardo stepped in and looked over my car. I was on a budget and he was able to offer me a couple options that he thought would make the car look best on my budget. Most importantly, his paint work was exceptional! He did not shortcut the process and delivered on his word and surpassed my high expectations.On my recent visit, I needed some headlights restored and while I was at it I decided to customize my taillights. Ricardo once again stepped in and delivered on his work and help me create one-off custom headlights and taillights for my Range Rover. Beyond that...they look completely FACTORY!I have been very satisfied and you will be too!
