Oasis Garden and Patio are a top notch business. I couldn't be happier with the service and communication provided. They were abundantly patient with me when my "10 week" pool project stretched itself to over a year, and held my patio furniture for me; I felt so bad as they're not a storage facility. Now granted, I had paid for my furniture in full (the right thing to do) but their understanding went beyond reasonable. As for reviews that state they're expensive? They're not a big box store and you get what you pay for: excellent customer service and high end products.

We bought a full patio set from Oasis, the furniture was and is outstanding. We had a couple of issues with the fire pit table. Chris the owner and Natalie the sales/delivery/repair lady could not have been more concerned with getting it right. The furniture speaks for it's self but the customer service is why I would recommend anyone I know to shop there. It is second to none. Thank you Chris, Natalie and the team from Oasis. Richard

I bought some chairs for my patio set online and they were the absolute worst quality. I wanted to replace them and found this gem of a company! The owner and staff were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The chairs we bought came with a 10 year warranty and are built extremely well. We absolutely love this place!!

We got our patio furniture from Oasis Garden & Patio about 6 months ago. Our interactions with the store were always positive. Rio was very friendly and helped us with all our questions. Delivery was on time.I recently had two different minor issues with our furniture. The first was a crack in the fire pit table that we noticed before the holidays. Teresa was very helpful and quick to fix it. In less than 24 hours she helped me over the phone and delivered a brand new fire pit table at my house. They came to my house, delivered and installed the table in less than 24 hours. Second issues was related to the high winds in the area I live which damage the corners of one of my chairs. Chris and Teresa went above and beyond to help, they took the chair to their store, repaired and delivered it back to me. Great costumer service!!!I can not express with words the gratitude I have for this family and the care they had with me as their costumer. I feel more than happy with our choice to buy with them. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for patio furniture and we will continue to order with them everything we need to complete my backyard and outside kitchen. After months of bad luck with outdoor and Indoor furniture shopping, we stumbled upon Oasis Patio Furniture store in Valencia. I can’t say enough good things about the level of service we received from sales to delivery. We were super impressed with the professionalism of their staff. Highly recommend them.

You can tell a lot about a company by just looking at their employees. We were on the freeway and saw this truck drive like a maniac cutting in front of people aggressively and putting peoples life in danger. And that comes from me who always drives faster than everybody else

This is really amazing place where you can find beautiful furniture, but the most important thing is their customer service!!! Considering the difficulties during the pandemic they were able to deliver pretty fast. I totally recommend this place!!!
