Shop is out of control. Won't release vehicles make every excuse they can think of to prevent you from picking up your own vehicle. Owner or manager angel is a joke with a very bad attitude. Would never recommend this shop. I'd give 0 stars if I could this place is horrible. Main list where work is done is cluttered NEW parts of vehicles all over the floor and halfway in the street I can't even walk around without being afraid of damaging a new hood or fender that's laying on the asphalt. Please do not come here for any work pay to go elsewhere it's just not worth your time or money.

The team at NAM Auto Body was there for me when I was in a bad accident, needing tow and storage of my vehicle. They explained everything clearly to me and put my mind at ease during such a bad time.
