I’m so grateful for Jim Kleinman at MB in Valencia! I have never had so much fun getting into a new car before and I honestly attribute it to Jim for being such a great sales consultant. He was knowledgeable about the cars, a pleasure to chat with, and answered all of my questions without any judgement. 10/10 would recommend Jim and this dealership to friends and family.

I have been a Mercedes owner for four years and am very disatisfied with the customer service I have recieved over the years! I don't intend on purchasing another! I have paid twice for an extended warrantee and everytime i bring my car in for a problem on their end, I leave upset and dissatisfied! I drove all the way down to Valencia from Palmdale with a potential life threatening problem(which I didn't have before they changed my spark plugs) only to be told they didn't have a rental for me and to have a nice day!! I left with the car that stalled on me as I was making a left turn! Mercedes has neglected their duty to uphold their end of the maintenance deal on more than one occasion! I usually don't mention my race but this time I strongly believe I have been discriminated against because there is no way if i had been Caucasian they would have sent me all the way home in a dangerous car!!!!! Yes, I am a black woman! This treatment is totally unacceptable!

My windshield got a crack in it and it needed to be replaced. I called them to ask for a quote and they did not respond. Very disappointing. When I reached out on their website they still failed.

I have contacted the service center for my 2022 Sprinter Van, despite the smoking verification and inspection procedures. The service center has delayed my arrival by 4 or more days, and I recently fixed my car myself following YouTube for 10 minutes and the next day passing the inspection.

I thought the mechanics were good, but they have their hands tied behind their backs a bit by the process that they have to go through. They must check all codes in order that they are spit out of the machine. This place is very expensive, and the mechanics are not allowed to use intuition. Scott was a typical dealership guy who didn't make me feel like I was in good hands.
After spending $250 and learning nothing, I took my car to Tom at SCV on the other side of town. He checked it out, cleared the codes, and didn't charge me a thing. He said there was only a slight chance that would fix it, but I would at least be able to continue on the road trip. That's the kind of human interaction I was looking for that you can't get at the dealership.

We encountered road hazzard on the 405 and needed to have my car towed. I needed 2 tires to be replaced and dropped off my car on Saturday before 5 pm. Since it was late, the service manager who helped me-Derek said that it will be worked on Monday and that the car will be ready by noon. Monday came and at 12:15, I sent him a text asking about the repair status, no response. Followed it up with another text, nothing. By 2:11, I called and spoke with someone else who told me that Derek was OFF and that they have not started working on my car. Here I was waiting so I can get out of work and pick up the car and was not even notified on Saturday that the person checking me in will be off Monday. No estimate as to how much it will cost me, just words that they "will work on it". Even though on the service sheet, it showed I would be receiving texts, calls regarding repairs and status of vehicle, nothing was received on my end at all. Such customer service, a far cry from when Bill Knox was the service manager I was working with. If this is the kind of service ( other than other service manager trying to upsell other services that the car does not really need), I will be going to other places going forward. Sad to say I am beyond dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I got. Wait, not "got" since it is now 2:31 pm and I still do not have any idea when the car is going to be ready.

Made an apointmente whit them and when i got there , starting Helping Taisha from service dep.
i was starting telling her that i have that same issue whit that car and her answer was horrible , that soryy i can not do nothing whit picture if you trying to make som mone its not gone work and laughing ,My Mom was upset me as well . And i was like excuse me .( she sad i am joking ) i sad soryy i dont accept your joke , talking whit attitude and no respect , i am whit Mersedes more then 10 years now , i have more then 5 cara starting whit 2 G wagens and S clases and i get like that costumer service really ????
I spoke white manager as well Tony from Dales dep to make shure that they get that fix other way you loose your Vip Costumer as well ,
And Yes You havee too talk whit your Employee what they can say to Costumer what they dont !! Or you gone be sue by some another costumer !

Absolute raving fan experience from Ethan from beginning to finish to post sale!!! I have been looking nationwide and calling couple of dozen Mercedes dealers looking for AMG GT S 63 And just got the full white glove treatment from Ethan. Tony, the manager was great to work with and Henry is like an encyclopedia and spent a lot of time with me showing how everything works and setting it up for me. I will definitely be buying Mercedes from these guys and referring them to friends and family. It's very rare to have this level of service from a dealership in my experience.

Made an appointment for service for 4/19 at 10:30AM. Called back to confirm a loaner car would be available, otherwise I can reschedule the appointment for when one is available. Confirmed there’s no need to change the appointment, and a loaner car would be available. Showed up 15 minutes early to be told that loaner cars are not available for recall services. They’re available, just not if Mercedes Benz sells me a car that they need to fix 4 times after the sale.
Trisha Maldonado, my service advisor today, is yet to ask me what my name is and what I’d like to get done. Kurt Cordero - shop foreman, should be kept away from customers at all costs. I wouldn’t hire him as a cashier at a McDonalds. I’m sure there are wonderful people who work at this service department; however, I would avoid these two malcontents at all costs.
Mercedes-Benz booked an appointment for me directly at Encino as I left Valencia, and they have a loaner car available for me there immediately.
