The experience was not good actually. I could never find the person assigned to help us. We were delivered the wrong food. When I submitted the tickets for bowling they forgot about us. When I asked to started the game they asked for tickets again. I asked for the beverages to be moved to our bowling lanes and instead they threw them out.

I reached out to MB2 Entertainment in mid August of 2024 to book a party for my daughter on October 12th of 2024. I spoke to Heather who sent me forms to complete in order to receive a quote and stated that date was available . I completed all forms and submitted them back to her. She answered my questions & I provided all needed information. Heather stopped answering my emails. I emailed her multiple times and once I wasn’t receiving a response, I called the location. I left voicemails for her and called multiple times. Still no response. After a few weeks With no response from Heather, I booked at a different place.
On October 7th, Heather emails me with a quote for the party date I requested this upcoming Saturday. Also informing me that I had to pay the 50% deposit as well as me needing to respond within 5 days or my date would be relinquished. I didn’t answer because 6 days notice for a party was absurd. Heather has called me multiple times this week regarding the party date. I emailed her for the lack of unprofessionalism she has provided.
My family and I love MB2 entertainment. It was very upsetting to know Heather gave me 6 days to prepare financially for a party, sending out invitations, party decorations/favors, etc.
I provided almost 8 weeks of notice for a party I was trying to plan. 6 days prior is insufficient preparation for a party. The lack of communication was horrible.

Great place for birthday celebrations, axe throwing, go cart racing, general good times. I'm writing this from inside the establishment. One of the 3 AC's hasn't worked since the end of spring. It is now the beginning of fall, packed with people, and above 90° inside. This is insufferable. My entire party is sweating profusely, fanning themselves, and miserable. We have spent over $500 in the last 2 hours and you'd think that ownership would decide to spend that money on getting the air conditioner fixed. Nope. It's been broken for over 4 months. I will not be returning.

This is cool, you only order the food and you can walk freely throughout the park, no one from the staff bothers you unless you go to the karts there, there is a lot of staff looking out for everyone's safety RECOMMENDED FOR PARTIES OR BIRTHDAYS OR DATES

The first time was a success! Definitely recommend this place, My family and I had great tasting food, from wings, pizza, nachos, and quesadilla. The go cart attraction, along with laser tag, bowling, and minutare golfing, were thrilling for the kids and young adults in my group. THANK YOU, BRYAN, for being attentive and kind during our time there. You're the best! The whole crew greeted us at the entrance and were all welcoming and courteous, nothing but good vibes!!

Every single Thursday night, there is incredibly loud bass music coming from their outside speakers. This goes on until Midnight, making Thursday nights very unpleasant and frustrating.

My star rating is solely because of the carts Spot is ok, carts need tune ups, some stall , races are interrupted, staff regulates the carts via remote even when there's no issues on the track

The place was ok, I called to double check the height, age limit so the kids could drive there own go karts but I wasn’t told they weren’t running them due to the heat. That was our main reason for coming. So when we got there it was already a huge disappointment considering the laser tag room was pretty hot and small itself. The staff behind the counter super cool and the rest were just ok. Not sure I would make the drive again. We should of gotten the heads up about the go karts, overall, disappointing.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE.
The arcade games were loads of fun and a great mix of new games and great classics.
The famous go karts were also plenty of fun. BRING CLOSED TOE SHOES THOUGH. I didn’t, but the workers luckily had some spare shoes hanging around. The time you get on the track is fair and pretty long honestly. Not to mention they go FAST.
The bumper boats were a perfect way to beat the heat this summer. We loved the squirting feature.
Axe throwing definitely has a learning curve. Challenging but fun, I recommend the tic tac toe game mode. It makes for a fairer competition imo.
The duckpin bowling was my favorite! It’s a lot easier and more fun than regular bowling. The lanes are usually no wait, and the game goes by quickly, in a good way. It’s also great if you have long nails that won’t let you bowl normally (like me).
The food took a little to come out, but expected on a weekend. Thankfully it was worth the wait, because the pizza was delicious. Tasted fresh and the balsamic glaze (I think?) added a great touch.
I didn’t get a chance to try out the laser tag or VR stuff, but I will definitely be back to check them out. Thanks guys ?

Went for the first time today, I honestly haven't been here since Mountasia was open. It was nice and the girls at the cashier/ ice cream were really nice and had great customer service so no complaints there. The only thing I have to say is maybe they need to add more shade in the out door areas/ lineup. They did have misters on in patio area but the couches were in direct sun just beaming down. Inside I'm not sure if the AC was broken so it was really hot and humid, they had about 3 swamp coolers blowing but you couldn't feel it unless you went up close. Other than that the prices were fair and Thrifys ice cream was a hit.

I took my son for his 9th birthday, and he loved it! It was his first time riding bumper boats, playing VR games, and driving a Go Kart alone. The staff was very pleasant and helpful when we needed any assistance and the restrooms were very clean!
The only thing I didn't know before arrival was the NO CROCS rule for Go Karts! It was a hot day, and my son wore his Crocs, we thought this would ruin the day, and he wouldn't be able to drive the Go Karts on his big day. Luckily, they had slip-on shoes that you could wear. This was a lifesaver, and my son didn't have to be disappointed about not being able to finally drive a Go Kart.
My only complaint is that the shoes looked pretty dirty and old! If my son really didn't want to do the Go Karts, I would not have let him use those shoes. They didn't seem to be cleaning them and just kept reusing them time after time with the crowd who needed them. YUCK! Thank God my son had on thick socks because they only had thin nylons like when you try on shoes at a department store. But they were free and they didn't charge an extra fee to use them. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we will be back with SHOES! Lol
