I had a very negative experience with the lady working there. She did not come around and ask if we needed help, but once we were looking around at the dresses and pulled one we wanted to try on, she immediately hurried over, rolled her eyes, and snatched it away saying we could only look and not touch. She was very unwelcoming right when we walked in the store, no greeting no nothing. She made the overall environment very uncomfortable. We were hoping to return in the future and purchase dresses for prom etc. However, we will not be returning due to the horrible customer service and attitude. She talked to us as though we were small children messing around and being disruptive, however we were nothing of the sort. Would she have acted this rude if we were adults? Get better Mattarri. All I know is I will not be coming back and I will make others well aware of the service and my experience.

This Boutique is Unique and Classic. I bought Lots of Dresses for myself and my Daughters. The Dresses are suitable for both young and matured Women. The dresses can be worn for Parties and Special occasions. It also recommended for Celebrants and Celebrities. The customer Service is second to none.

I found a dress for my sweet sixteen there. The quality was amazing and a great fit. Great service, the lady helped me try on multiple dresses and gave great recommendations all while being friendly. It was also a nice location. The store had many sizes and options. Overall I was glad I stopped by and can see myself buying more outfits there.

I just love this boutique. They carry unique, one of a kind clothes that you won't find at the department stores. The clothes are beautiful and quality, yet very affordable. Their customer service is number one. Mattarri Boutique is one of my favorite stores by far.
