The hours here a very inconsistent. I've never had issues before until recently I've shown up three different times during regular business hours only to see that they are closed. Three opportunities to change my mind and they blew it. Won't be back here again.

What a bunch crooks!!!! they totally took advantage of my young daughter going in to buy a t-shirt. Keep in mind they had told her this shirt had been "sitting" on their racks since May!! They sold her a cheap 5 dollar t-shirt for $27!!!!!!! This is insane and when I went in to return it they where so rude and unprofessional. This business needs to be shut down and open a pop up at a swap meet!!

I should've posted this review a long time ago; however, time seems to get in the way. About a year ago or so, I came to Steve to help create a new volleyball jersey for a student who had passed away from Golden Valley High School. All the Senior boys received their jerseys in a frame as a graduation gift. Sadly, we couldn't get the student's jersey, so I went to Steve to duplicate his jersey so we could still frame it for his Mom. Steve was very kind and helpful in such a difficult situation. At the end of it all, he didn't even charge us. We've done a few other things with Steve, and he's always been helpful, creative and patient. I highly recommend his company.

Totally dissatisfied, went in on Saturday 9/10/2016 to purchase some pants for my son. Got the wrong size and when I tried to exchange them was accused of washing them because apparently they smelled like laundry detergent. Then they gave me some phoney excuse about the pockets looking different like if I could change the pockets. Watch out for the location at Canyon country cause they're a bunch of thiefs, now out of 50 bucks and stuck with some pants that don't fit. First and last time my family and I shop here.

Awesome place! Glad I found it! Steve is really helpful and makes you feel welcomed! Definitely going to continue purchasing things from here! Oh by the way you can bring your own clothes for them to embroidered. Doesn't have to be purchase from there.

I am so happy I found Made Apparel. I wanted a shirt to wear for a race in honor of women's cancers (not pink). They let me bring in the shirt I wanted, helped me with the artwork, and 24 hours later my shirt was ready. Great customer service and I love my shirt!!

Steve is very friendly and helpful and super agreeable. He's helped me quickly and professionally with several different orders now. He's very generous and quick to bail you out when you're in a time crunch. The store is large with plenty of selection as well. Thanks for the excellent customer service as always!!! We'll be back.

The owner there is great...He listens an understands exactly what you want done and executes. the quality of the work done is amazing and time frame is very fast. I go here all the time for custom decals on shirt or my car!!!!
