Love this store. All of the girls that work there are so helpful. Always my place to buy jeans and jewelry and more. Also, easy to get to as its on the outside of the mall.

I love this store. Airy and open with really great sales people who are happy to help you (or to just let you browse if you prefer). Cute clothes, moderate prices, great jewelry, some books/gifts and a lovely kids section. Small but nice mens section too.

If you are buying Paige jeans get it from the main store not a wholesaler like this one, as they have better policy for exchanges. These jeans are great but stretchy and run bigger after wearing them once. The main store at LA Grove mentioned that the staff should've helped when buying them.

I cannot believe we are fortunate enough to have M. Fredric in Valencia, for years and years. They made it through the crash in the 2000's and survived the covid nightmare. It is in an out of the way spot on The Patios at our Valencia Town Center and yet, here it is, thriving enough to keep going in a very conservative town.The merchandise is beautiful, a bit pricey, but as others have said, unique. I always see something I love and would like to add to my collection. They have the perfect blend of edgy and classic. All the fabrics are high end, the styles are trendy, and the construction is sturdy so they last.What I also love is the fact that there is a very nice children's section, with similarly one-of-a-kind clothes that delight the children I buy them for.The sales people are friendly and helpful and not pushy. The space is large and airy, yet filled with enough merchandise to keep me moving around for a substantial shopping trip. By the way, their jewelry is really exquisite and looks far more costly than it is.Love this place and hope they stay for another 20 years.

M. Fredric's has exceptional quality and affordable attire for the whole family. More Children are Momen clothing and accessories. Great place to shop.

I've shopped at the store for many years. Their clothing seems to be looking on the more "mature" side lately. Used five of my rewards (there was a challenge for the two lady employees to figure out how to input 2 of them. One of the sales lady at first when not being able to figure it out asked "if I was going to another M. Frederick and maybe I could use it there"!!! Then, I proceeded to check in for my rewards which showed I had another $20 coming my way. When they could not figure it out , The other older sales person told me to insert my card (even though her coworker told her the reward had not came up yet) her reply was you pay for it and it will come up after. Low and behold it never did. Which they one sakes associate replied. Well your reward will never expire so you can use it next time!!! Basically it doesn't matter if I wanted to reduce the price now. The older sales associate never apologized, basically could care less and I think she knew that was going to happen

Walked in wanted to buy a vest and a couple of t shirts.... the girl with the medium length blonde hair was extremely rude to me. She literally looked me up and down and didn't even ask if I needed help and didn't even say hello. That's not okay and I walked out. I'm not sure if she was racist or didn't care about her job or both. I don't get why people don't get what customer service is. Haven't y'all watched Pretty Woman ?

Great store! They have something for everyone! Customer service is very helpful! I didn't get it a 5 star because I wish they were a little more affordable so I can shop there more often!
