Always clean. Always helpful and friendly staff. Alyssa has helped me with a lengthy purchase and return at customer service. She kept smiling and not once checked her watch because of how long the process was taking. It's employees like Alyssa that make Lowe's a great store to shop. They also have front row parking for Veterans. ?? Hopefully Navarro is a Veteran who works at Lowe's, seeing as he is always parked in this stall.

Recently we had a great experience with the Lowe's store on Bouquet canyon road in Santa Clarita, California. We needed to replace window blinds. After doing some research we stopped at this store. We had great help from two associates Ms. Orena and Ms. Belinda in selecting the right product. We found them very knowledgeable and professional. The associate Ms. Rachelle Powers from Texas also was very helpful in setting up the shipping process. Installation was very smooth. Installer Mr. Arnesto was very good at his work. He even showed us how to remove blinds if needed for some reason. Great service.

Gerson, excellent job. out of no where, I was trying to load an object that one human had no business loading, he jumped in and saved the day, plus I could not get the second row seats down to put this large object from Lowes inside, he was able to handle that after watching some strange video on a pocket TV. (lol), but seriously, excellent. I called the store, spoke with Monica, she said to fill out the survey at the bottom of the receipt to give his commendation. I threw it away, so here I am. Be Well...
