First time using the self checkout. I was coaxed into the line and coached as I used the screen and my Kohl’s card. Very polite and courteous employee…very clean and organized store with plenty of sale items and great discounts. Thank you from the Carters.

I have gone to the Sephora in Kohls for a while and I have gotten so much great advice and recommendations from the staff. Just recently Dymond helped me as my foundation was out of stock and she helped me find a new one, with concealer, and showed me the color corrector. I am older and she was patient with me to find the right one that helped me look good (I am also pale and the wrong color can look bad on me very quickly), and avoid my wrinkles. I am grateful!

I have been a regular customer since my first visit two years ago. Over the course of the last several months I have been checked out by Lynne who friendly, personable, and professional. She is a great representative of the Valencia store!

Train your employees. You left security tags on then wouldn’t even open up 2 mins after closing to fix it. That’s horrid customer service. Gotta do better training people.

More clothes lots of selection. I think spandex and stretch should be reserved for women's clothes and underwear. Every pair of men's underwear I find are stretch and supposed to be super comfortable. I want 100 percent cotton. It's more comfortable. I want loose , it's more comfortable. I don't care if it looks hot, at least give me the choice.
