I have never used the Amazon return option that Kohl's offers, but I tried it today because it seemed like the easiest option. All I had to do was bring my items with the original plastic packaging and Kohl's would scan my barcode (which was provided by Amazon once I initiated the return through the app). I walked in and was greeted by Lydia at the front. She noticed I had an Amazon box and she asked if I knew where the drop-off was. I told her that I didn't! She gave me easy directions with a smile and I was on my way. When I got to the back, Annie took my items and said she didn't need the box for the future, but she would take it and break it down for me. So kind! She made the process easy and simple. She gave me a coupon at the end for 15% off of a Kohl's purchase within the next 3 days. And she showed me where the tracking numbers for my Amazon returns were, so I could make sure I get my money back. To top it off, as I was walking away, another lady handed me a 10% off of a Sephora purchase through 4/7. I know it generates business but it was still super thoughtful and unnecessary. Everyone was really helpful and friendly. Will definitely be using this option for Amazon returns in the future. Thanks, Lynda & Annie!

I went to find a gown for a formal event that I'm going to attend. I didn't find any, but I ended up buying other stuff. Kohl's always has the best deals. The post-holidays sale are good grabs! The place is always tidy and so organized. Makes shopping experience pleasant. After I left the store, my watch alerted me that it was being disconnected from my phone. That's when i realized that i left my new phone in the cart.? I went back into the store, and the phone was gone. The two female employees at the counter offered to call my number, and they were able to trace the location of my phone. I'm so grateful that I got my phone back. Shout out to the 2 ladies who helped me. I felt the genuineness of their desire to help. Thank you!!!

Absolutely the worse customer service. Went in to do an Amazon return. The associates were complaining about customers. The associate who helped me with my return was very unprofessional. I usually buy something on my way out. With the coupon you receive. When you do a return. But since they have a problem with customers. Why be one?

Super grateful that they accept hangers! It was easy to drop them off.The store is very clean and well staffed. They were having their big annual sale. Although the racks were full, I struggled to find anything cute. I settled for a pair of Levi’s and Tshirt which cost me about a hundred dollars.I could’ve bought a second pair of Levi’s at a discount, but I didn’t really need two pairs.

They have a lot of things that the retailers that haven’t survived used to carry, so that’s good. But they just don’t have enough associates to help you out. I see a lot of people wandering lost and shelves that need restocking. But I’m glad they’re still around for quick purchases.
