Rude. Wanted to run my credit even though I was preapproved through my credit union, and told me they couldn't release the car to me until "my check cleared."
I stopped in to purchase a Lexus, as I needed a reliable car within 2 days. I wanted to purchase a Lexus RX 350, but they didn't have they color I wanted in the standard model. They show me a Premium Plus model, saying we'll work a deal. Fine. They proceeded to try to upsell me with the add ons, which made the car more than I was willing to pay. We went back to the standard model. We agreed on a car, but they wanted to run my credit and ask for my SSN (knowing I was already preapproved for the amount with my credit union). I declined. They then state they can not provide me the vehicle until my check from the credit union cleared. Ridiculous. I left.
I went through my credit union and purchased the Premium Plus model from Lexus of Glendale for the same price they wanted to sell the standard model for. This was a horrible experience, and you insulted me by trying to run my credit to see if "I was good for" the purchase because you clearly didn't believe my pre approval. Oh...and the salesman called the next day, asked if I found a car and asked how much. I told him the price, and he said NOW they'll match the price I was getting at Lexus of Glendale. What? NOW, I don't need the preapproval? NOW, you don't have to run my credit? NOW, you believe the purchase can actually be made? Nope! You should have had that energy the day before. Thanks!

Must say, we had a good experience buying this car. This will be our last car to buy and the staff at Lexus of Valencia gave us what we wanted for my trade in. Everyone was polite and very willing to work with us. If I had to do it again, I would definitely go back. Thank you Lexus of Valencia.

I bought a car last week and had a few questions about some of the technology items. I visited the dealership and was very pleaseantly greeted and serviced by a relatively new associate, Mike Connors, who went far beyond my expectations in resolving my issues. He spent all the time necessary to make sure that all my questions were answered and that I was fully satisfied. He accompanied me to Service, Parts, and had to eventually contact Lexus support to troubleshoot and fix my issue with the dashcam on my ES 350. His enthusiasm and resolve were commendable.

I would like to provide an update to my original review.
I am extremely pleased with Keyes Lexus of Valencia. Mitch Rabins, the GM did his due diligence and made sure the matter was resolved. It was at the hands of Mitch that this was rectified promptly. I would like to have given 5 stars but the communication issue that I was also having really did fall on their finance manager Rob. I still never had any follow up from him. His lack or care for the customer is disenchanting. I would like to think, there will be some talks and training to ensure there will not be a lack of communication on his behalf for future customers. At the end of the day everything has been handle. I believe Keyes has the right GM in place to continue the success of their dealership. I will continue use Keyes and I will refer my friends and family to them. Thank you Mitch for your attentiveness and resolution in this matter. This is all I asked for, resolution and I am happy.
I wish I was able to write a better review. You would expect better service from a luxury dealership.
This is my third Lexus. My first two purchases were from Beverly Hills which was a little further for me. I decided to give Valencia the business and not drive as far for my future service of my vehicle.
I traded in my IS 300 2022 on June 23rd for a new RX 350. My vehicle has still not been paid off. When I signed my contract the dealership had been dealing with a “cyber attack” and the DMV transactions were not complete at this time. I was informed they would call me in a couple days to complete said paperwork. I had to chase them down to complete the paperwork. Rob in finance had ignored my calls and is still ignoring my calls to this day. Not even the courtesy of a returned call. Jonathan my salesperson finally did come to my home on July 2nd after my several emails and complaints about completing the required documents. Jonathan has been very pleasant but I am still receiving the brush off with why hasn’t my vehicle been paid off. My car payment is now past due on the vehicle I traded in. Under California law the dealership has 21 days to pay the vehicle off. We are now at 17 days, which I’ve never had a dealership take this long. If possibly the communication was better I would feel different. Jonathan had informed me the payment for my vehicle was sent off but that was an over a week ago. It shouldn’t take this long to transfer the monies to pay my loan off. If 21 days comes and the vehicle hasn’t been paid assured I will take the additional measures and legal route to rectify immediately. This does affect my credit with now having a late payment on a vehicle that’s no longer in my possession or that I own. I will continue to use Jim Faulk of Beverly Hills for all my future purchases and referrals. Unless Lexus of Valencia steps up and changes my mind by getting my vehicle paid off and sending me my paperwork. When you pay for a luxury vehicle you expect luxury service but you won’t get this at this Lexus dealership.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Lexus Valencia . Despite having a good credit score and an excellent co-signer with a score of 769, my application was inexplicably declined. Additionally, all the required paperwork was submitted in a timely manner. The lack of transparency and clear communication from the dealership was very frustrating. I expected a higher level of professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.

He even recommended I speak with there finance team to see my options with my current Lexus that is at the end of the lease term. I highly recommend David Ventura! Everything seemed to be going fine until we closed the deal and signed the paperwork. The salesperson indicated that they woudl be giving me a certain amount for my trade-in and I tried to clarify if the total meant after paying off the remainder of the loan and he said that they would be giving me that amount in total. The finance person did not go over the itemized contract and had me sign everything on an iPad and when I got home and reviewed the contract in more detail, the total for the trade-in did not include the payoff. The finance person sold me a pre-paid maintenance plan but didn't clarify if I could use it as at other dealerships since I came from out of town to buy my TX PHEV. I called 4 different times, spoke with people and left messages with no response. I finally called the Lexus customer service # and got an answer. Additionally, I paid $100k for a car and they threw in a key chain, pen and cup. They indicated that they would follow-up with parts the next day and see what else they could throw in and of course they never called or followed up. Customer service was horrible. They also didn't indicate that they knew anything about the recall coming which occurred within 2 weeks of me buying my car with absolutely no follow-up either. Not impressed at all with their customer service especially for buying an expensive car from them.
