Psychiatry is called "behavior health " like their goal is to make you act normal. The staff is exemplary , but management insists on keeping their time impacted. Management tells you to go outside of their system if you need real help. They're only for drug, alcohol, anger management. I'm getting excellent PTSD help but the lack of appointment times is agonizing! I can imagine someone going out shooting in frustration and they can't change their ridged system to help the person. I give staff 5 ?, for management ZERO!

Don’t bother, you wait on hold for 40-80mins just to be told they can help you and they transfer you to another location which then transfers you back.

Have been with arm pain for over 3 months, tried physical therapy and no success my doctor was sent a message to schedule something different 3 weeks ago and no one has reached out to me. Tried the appointment center and could not reach a live person. I am in constant pain and no help.

Very best part about Kaiser is the doctors and the staff. They are all amazing. The worst part is the policy's! They change weekly when you are picking up medication. So frustrating to use the on line app as that changes often too. Other then that many wonderful people who are just following protocol.

Kaiser employees routinely violate State Law and their own policy. RN Carlos Moran denied access to an emotional support person of a disabled patient. He was advised of Kaiser policy as well as informed about state law regarding disabilities. He continued with his unethical, immoral, and unprofessional behavior. Yesenia in dept 204 also denied access for the same illegal reason. This is a continuing practice at this Kaiser location. Assistant Department Administrator Karlie Gomez was called and failed to correct the problem. Complaints to Kaiser Ethics hotline have been made, but the problem persists. Kaiser needs to train their employees better and discipline illegal behavior.

Very nice facility. Nice staff. However, they are definitely under staffed and the wait for the doctor is horribly long.

Very clean well organized and fast friendly service. I have never had a bad experience coming to Kaiser here in Santa Clarita or in the San Fernando Valley. I have enjoyed all the Doctors and staff I have encountered. One of my children was born in a Kaiser facility and everything went well. Over the years Kaiser has made improvements and changes to stay with the times. The two buildings on Tourney Road in Santa Clarita are excellent. They are very modern and it is a pleasure to go there.

Went to sign a form was told no nurse was available. Went back a 2nd time waited over 30 minutes only to be told that I needed a doctor's appointment. Management needs to retrain the whole staff cause no one knows what is going on here

If I could give zero stars I would. First appointment, she ran out of the room crying. Requested another doctor and I'm still waiting. At this point, the school is moving quicker. Im desperate to get my child the help she needs and this place could care less. 2 months and counting, untreated and unmedicated. Absolute Nightmare!
