Purchased pet door replacement parts. Excellent customer service and return assistance when I ordered parts I couldn't use. I highly recommend it!

I do really like the dog doors I’ve purchased from them. I love that you can purchase replacement parts but it’s unfortunate that the cost to replace both flaps and weather stripping would cost significantly more than replacing the door altogether.
