Ok, time for one more update. Support made one more contact with me. They sent a postage paid mailing label to send back the 3-in-1 charger for testing and they also refunded me for my purchase. While I was happy with that, they next went the extra mile by sending me a new wireless charger! This charger works exactly as advertised and I am extremely happy with it. That was very nice of them. Thank you!

Was recommended by a coworker of mine to buy the charger. Hypergear only sent me an email confirming my order, and they didn’t email me that the item was shipped 2 days after my purchase (which I found out after I went to my account on the site) and didn’t have the tracking number until I emailed them about it. It took customer service a whole week to reply to my email which included the tracking number and status. This will be my last time buying anything from there because their customer support’s sh*t ??

I was totally taken by surprise by the total lack of professional action of this company. I went to "their" web site and found just the item I needed, pulled the item number, made my order. Ten days later I get garbage. Contact them and get a run around and then finally a RMA. Paid for the return shipping on something I did not want or ordered. After the return delivery, I wait five days to find out what was happening. I was informed that the return department would have to work on the return (of new items that I did not order) two days later I get a refund with $10 dollars removed. Now I'm out $24 buck on an order they hosed up. While all this is happening, They redo the website to not include the item I ordered and purge any record on my requested item. Major covering of their tracks. Good business practice, maybe something they learned during their years of scamming sales before opening this company. Just a real warning !!! Buyer beware. There is a very good chance you will never see the item you wanted and will have to pay to get rid of the trash they send you to clear the warehouse. You have been warned !! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i waited 3 weeks for a response from hyper gear for my new pair of earbuds which were 50 bucks and I had to ship back yet I sent them before thanksgiving and then i thought they'd be at my house since it only takes a week but then now recently they said they will be shipped today to my house in which I use them to listen to music at work when I wash dishes at my job but I have my spares from a year ago and wired but these are really good quality sound when I do stuff around the house too but really this annoys me that it took 3 weeks now 4 weeks to just wait for them and the charge time too but sometimes annoys me to just wait in which I hope they get better with the customer service will be faster and not slow like a month wait.

I bought two pairs of earbuds from this company . I could never get them to work . So do not buy the true wireless hyper gear earbuds .

A couple of things about how a company should Honor its "Lifetime Warranty" on its products. You definitely do not make the consumer pay for shipping back the Naztech phone cupholder mount for "analysis". The simple fact that it has disintegrated after ONE summer of use and some pictures to prove it should be enough. Or, MAN up and pay for shipping if you want it back. That's what GOOD customer service is and a 5 STAR review.

Attempting to reach the company for support/warranty issue and no response, other than an automated "we'll get back to you", for the past 15 days attempting to contact them multiple times.

Why do companies offer a warranty if they are not willing to honor it? Have had terrible experience in exchanging my screen saver. I know it's $40 but I was willing to spend the money if they actually honor their part of the deal. Not worth it!

Update 1.12.19 I received the new 3n1 braided cable. The company paid for shipping after losing my return packaging that I had already paid for return shipping. The lightening cable for iPhone or anything apple is still not working. This is the 2nd brand new product that I have opened and it's not working. I placed the cable into my iPhone XS not charging, iPad not charging and into an iPhone 8 and it's still not charging. I switched the box to an Anker wall plug and it's still not working. Smh. I've emailed the company to see if I could get a refund or if I can just get an iPhone charging cable without the other 2 options.
