Had an excellent stay here. The hotel is clean, updated, and in a quiet location. A great feature is that all guests are able to get a yummy breakfast. It was also a plus that I got to charge my EV. When the room I had originally booked became unavailable the day of, the front desk supervisor Jeremy worked his magic to upgrade our room to something bigger. I really appreciate a hotel like this that is the whole package. Highly recommend if you are staying in Valencia.

Obed provided exceptional service during my recent stay. His welcoming demeanor and attentiveness made check-in a breeze, and he went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met throughout my visit. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly enhanced my experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others, thanks to Obed's outstanding customer service.

We love that there is a kitchen and the suit also has room enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. Clean and well kept. Close to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Room-nice updated room with new shower. Bed felt old, stiff and lumpy. kitchen was great. Desk chairs are horrible. TV and couch good.
Breakfast- Standard continental but with some upgraded gems. Legit hashbrown patties, oatmeal toppers, bagel choices, cream cheese choices and tasty cinnamon rolls and sweet deserts.
Happy Hour- Wednesday only. Only snacks like cheese mix and cheese but great beer selection. A little inconvenient to get beer and wine as you have to go to the front desk every time for someone to pour you a beer. Steven, Kyle and Jessica were awesome. Be nice if they added one more day of HH.
General- Lobby was nice and coffee/tea out all day. Easy parking. Staff very nice. Place was very quiet.

We love staying here when we go to Six Flags. Rooms are big, they have gas grills downstairs so we can have a cookout, and it’s close to the park.
I gave four stars because, repeatedly, when I’ve stayed here, my physical keys and digital keys inexplicably stop functioning. It can be pretty frustrating to try to juggle two trays of grilled food, or three tired teenagers and luggage, only to find out the keys won’t open the door to the lobby. Having to go all the way around to the front entrance is a bit annoying. I’ve had that happen at least once every time I’ve stayed here.

They were very rude to me. I had a reservation from Friday to the second Friday and it was two separate reservations, one ends on February 13th, and the second one start on February 13th, so they need me to move rooms and they want me to check out at 12 and come back there with my luggage and stay in the lobby until 4pm which is Usual check-in time. So I could get the other room and this has never happened in any hotel. Especially if you have two separate reservations, you can just stay in the same room or you can change room at the same time, and you don't have to stay in the lobby, especially since I am a Hilton gold owner member and they checked me out of the hotel and said you’re not welcome here and we will cancel the other reservation. They are not nice, all of them are not helpful at all, and I do not recommend this place. I was talking to the general manager who was very rude and just said these are the rules.???

Room smelled musty.
Bonus…they have parking spots withChargePoint charging stations.
Negative: they don’t enforce non EV charging vehicles from parking there.
Negative: they do not enforce non handicapped vehicles (placards nor license plate) from parking in handicapped spots

This hotel is nice, but the reason I’m giving it a 2 star is because it advertises EV charging. Most Hiltons have free charging and so I picked this hotel specifically for that perk for my electric vehicle. When I got here it’s not free, it’s $1.50 a kw which is over 3 times what I pay at even theme parks! I feel bait and switched at this point. They should not advertise EV parking if it’s not free, they have pay for charging everywhere. Either make it free or take it off the advertised perks! Won’t stay here again, I’ll pick the other Hilton or Marrriott down the road that offers courtesy charging.

Very clean and the staff was kind! Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Super comfy bed, spacious suite with stovetop, dishwasher, sink, full size fridge, and cookware. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Def going back.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. First impression was that it was nice, but that didn’t last long. The pull out sofa bed was broken. We reported that immediately and it was never fixed over the course of our 4 night stay. I asked if they could provide us or compensate us for an air mattress if they were unable to fix one of the beds and they refused. They were never able to provide us with more than 2 wash cloths for the bathroom. The beds had fitted sheets that were too small and kept coming off. The “blanket” that the beds were made with was actually a bed skirt. When we asked for more blankets we were given old microfiber scratchy/matted blankets. Customer service was very poor. Everything required a manager to respond and nothing was ever resolved. On check out they added a pet fee to our bill that they eventually credited back to us. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Several issues. First off the pull out sofa bed is absolutely awful. I know they aren’t usually great but this one exceptionally bad. We arrived around 7:45pm….Front office gent was awesome. Get up to our room with our two toddlers (1 and 3). They’re excited and jump around for MAYBE 3 minutes as all kids do when they first get to a hotel. I tell them to quiet down and stop jumping after a few minutes. I call and ask for rollaway crib and they’re out. Maybe 30 minutes later the same front desk guy knocks on our door and says we already got a noise complaint. It’s 8:30pm and my kids weight 24 and 35 pounds. We weren’t that loud. He was apologetic but said he is obligated to tell us. Ok still not too mad. At this point I ask him for linens for the awful sofa bed as there are none in the closet. He says they should be in closet….I say I’ll check again….nope still none. So he says he’s working all my HIMSELF (this hotel is HUGE) and if we can come down to get them. Our room is quite far from the lobby but we say sure. 20 minutes later I go downstairs. And he’s DEEP in a room conversation with this family and after a few minutes I huff and puff (cause I can’t put my exhausted kids or myself to sleep after a 8 hour drive until I make the bed). He looks my way and I say “sheets?” And he says he still hasn’t had a chance to get them. So I roll my eyes and huff and puff again (sorry dude) and he says he’ll bring them up. So maybe 10 minutes later he does. And he apologizes and again tells me he’s on his own for the whole place. So so busy I’m sure but he DID have time to complain we were too noisy within 45 minutes after of our arrival. Pathetic a 3-4 star hotel of this size only has one worker. Annnnddd the water coming from the all sinks smells like sewage. At least the king bed is comfy and the kitchen was actually nicely stocked.

Would not stay again. Nothing drastic happened, just wonky customer service. Ask that they turn down Muzak in gym because it was so loud, it interfered with music on my earbuds. The response was that Manager was out for three days and only he could do it? Three days with no one available to help with a customer service issue? Asked about room cleaning time as I was working remotely and planned to step out during cleaning, and they didn't know, nor offered to call and ask. I ended up asking the cleaning person myself and was able to leave before they arrived.also BEWARE! they require $100 a night for deposit. The man who checked in before me had to give $700.I never at breakfast as it was all processed foods. There are great grocery stores close by and almost full kitchen (no oven).
