Just purchased a new car from here. I was working with Garrett, who welcomed me with a smile as I was walking the lot. He was incredibly kind and worked with me to get the best deal I could on a new car. He was able to answer all my questions and negotiate a great deal without me feeling pressured to purchase. He was transparent about the pricing. There were no hidden fees or extras fees not mentioned on the sticker. He made sure I was comfortable in the store by offering snacks and beverages throughout my time. He made sure I walked out with the car that I wanted. Then he continued to follow up with more information and encouraged me to reach out to him if I had any questions. I very rarely write reviews, but his customer service was so good I wanted to make sure people saw this. This is my first Subaru, and he made the process of purchasing a car easy and fun. He has great customer service, and my experience will leave me recommending this Subaru dealership to everyone looking for a car! Thank you so much Garrett! I love my car!!

I purchased a car with this dealership back in February and the experience itself was fine, and of course it would be, they're taking my money. Queue three months later, my temp tags are expired and I haven't received my new plates. I get it, sometimes the DMV can take awhile, but I wanted to check. I call them up to see if they can do anything and the salesperson, Daniel, told me he would reach out to the manager and they would call me back. Two days later, not having received a phone call, I called once more, coincidentally got Daniel again and he fed me the same line, someone will call me back. No call again, so I call the next day, got Anthony on the line this time, and got hung up on. I thought, strange, maybe it was an accident, so I called again and got hung up on immediately, which led me to believe that it's on purpose. To me, that's damn shady, and goes to show what kind of dealership this place is and where they place their values and what they think of their customers. I'd be highly cautious of doing any kind of business with this place and would advise you hope and pray you don't have any issues after purchase.

This is a great dealership to work with. Jayson was very helpful and not pushy at all. Buying a new car to replace the one we totaled became less stressful working with them. Thanks for making the experience much easier .

I got the truck of my dreams from Chris who made good on everything he could. Manager Brenton stepped in for the coup de gras, the warranty and service package that was discounted enough that I could not walk away. Chris is a reliable go-getter, attentive but soft-sell, so it's definitely worth your time to visit the car you think might be yours!

This review needs to be broken up in parts sales was 5 stars I felt good about the process and even a follow up to show how features work on the vehicle . About a week ago I encountered service I had a problem after a systems update and drove direct to the dealer only to have to find people from service as they are. Y appointment only and the next appointment was a few days down the line I took the vehicle in to resolve the problem with my new car. Why polite and they do show a video on your vehicle I spent a few hours to pick up a vehicle that still had the same problem They did take a Video to send to Subaru but it is a bit disappointing to have a car with a problem and still working with service on it. The jury is out on how the service goes.

I decided to buy the car after my initial issue. I can assure you that this dealership cares about their customers and wants them to be completely satisfied. The care was a great purchased and I'm extremely happy with the Cadillac ELR. The purchase was smooth and they had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. I was out the door in 1/2 hour. I didn't leave the dealership because there were other cars that caught my eye, lol; Thanks Hello Subaru for the great experience in the end!

Subaru of Valencia is a great establishment but this review is mainly for John! John was really great and had a vast knowledge of all types of engines and what works best for your specific needs. Aside from his knowledge, he has a sincerity that honestly feels rare to come by when it comes to car salesmen. If you're looking for a new ride, I suggest you ask for John!

What an easy, painless, responsive and fast experience with Samantha Sharaf at Hello Subaru here in Valencia. From the moment we first spoke she was amazing. This car buying experience was like no other I have ever experienced. I have bought everything from Dodge to Mercedes and nothing compared to the ease and no pressure sales. This dealership is is top notch. I would recommend asking for Samantha if you are in the market for a Subaru and definitely shop local at Hello Subaru.
