I have stayed at a few different Hamptons in the LA area, I think this one has the best rooms, Palmdale and Agoura would be the next best ones. This was my first time at this location and we loved it, and will definitely come back again, The store sodas where a little pricey, but sometimes if you don't want to go anywhere, than it's all in the eye of the beholder of the valve, didn't need to be driving at that point, probably a lifesaver, was worth it. I did manage to make it back the rooms where still top rate, with the exception of some jerk who was on the same floor as I was would slam his door and they have tables and chairs on the right side of the entrance which leave little to be desired, because people say out there half the night talking right underneath my window, which kind of sucked. I'm surprised no staff said anything to the obnoxious door slamming individual jerk. Tables and chairs must go too! People just aren't considerate anymore and don't think before their actions. The charm of small town living never got to experience it, living in LA all my life.

Mattress and pillows are as cheap as can be and do not represent a 4 star hotel. Better off staying in motel 8.
The staff was very nice with the exception of the young blond that should leave her arrogance at home, stop the attitude and put some interest in customer service.
Rooms: There was a black spider on the bed, within the sheets. I have never seen such a thing in a hotel bed. I didn't wasted my time letting the staff know about it. For sure I will never stay in this hotel again

I was very impressed with every aspect of my stay here. My room was immaculately clean, every staff member I encountered was helpful and polite, and it was hard to identify anything that I didn’t like about this location.
Rooms: Very clean and all basic needs were met. The only potential issue is that microwaves in the room are by request.
Noteworthy details: The facility seemed very fresh and clean. It was nice to stay in a place that did not feel tired and run down!

Good:
- Hotel is located in a nice area with lots of restaurants and shops
- Free parking and breakfast
Bad:
- The AC in the room keeps turning off if no motion is detected. So I had to wake up multiple times in the middle of the hot summer night to press the thermostat button to re-activate the AC.
- The breakfast is just average - a bunch of junk food

With a name like Hampton I would expect the basics to be operational. Checked in 2 adults. We're given 3 keys, thought it was a little weird, but didn't think twice.
Next morning I am by myself and my room key doesn't work. Talk to the front desk, they type a few things in the computer and then mumbles something about having to let me in my room. The front desk person needed to see that the key didn't work and then told me to just use my 3rd key.
I asked him to wait to make sure the 3rd key worked... Of course, it didn't. His response and solution? Come to the front desk with ID every time I need to be let into the room that I paid over $500 for the weekend. Simply unacceptable. I will not return and I encourage others to think twice.
When traveling there is enough extra hassle, you want your hotel stay to be eays. To pay over $500 for extra inconveniences which I have never seen in my many years of traveling for work is simply unprecedented.

The worst experience I have ever had, the receptionist tried to open my door at 1:15 am, then he called me on the phone saying that he didn't have me in the system, I registered on August 5 and he woke me up on the 7th in the early morning and he makes me go down to the reception so I can show him my ID and my payment receipt, that is if they had charged me weeks before when I received it and he still tells me I'm going to let you stay and I answered him what are you talking about if I paid for the fourth weeks ago, you still try to get in at dawn, you make me come down and all because you resold my room (a family of six was already waiting for my room) this is very bad and the only thing he said was I'm going to give you two waters What a disastrous service. Train your staff so that these things don't happen, that's why I won't return. Hire qualified personnel for customer service. Because of this type of workers, the company loses.

I have been using this Hampton for years now for my work travel. It has comfortable beds, spacious rooms , and traditional breakfast. It's rooms are relatively new. I would use this hotel for six flags trips too for a family of four.

We spent a few days here and it was great. Between the staff, the quiet, and the included breakfast it was really nice stay. Being dog friendly is always a load off our minds. The hotel is close to the freeway, gas stations, and not far from a grocery store.

Wonderful hotel with a good breakfast, clean grounds and rooms, located close to magic mountain. Excellent choice.
Rooms: Clean, comfortably decorated. Lots of usb ports, a wireless charging pad, etc.
Food and drinks: A great breakfast bar, featuring a variety of egg, meat, fruit and waffles, muffins, baffles, etc.
