Great customer service their service director, Alan. I brought my car in for maintenance and all my questions and concerns were patiently answered. I had to bring my car in again some time later for something else that popped up and Alan put someone on it right away. Now I won’t go anywhere else but here at Halsey’s.

Alan was great! My car broke down and he was super nice about it! I didn’t end up getting it fixed (car was old and broken down), but I 100% recommend based on customer service alone

So this review is a longtime coming. These guys have helped me and my businesses so much over the years, the review is due.I have known john for many many years and he has always taken really good care of me, my family and my friends. They are always there when I need them, day or night and they really do out of their way to make sure I am well taken care of.They recently started doing these digital inspections and man I cannot not say more good things about it. It is very comforting to know they are taking the time to make sure I know what is going on with my car(s), and there is never pressure to buy anything, I can leave there knowing my car has been fixed properly.I am not really a price kind of person but they are fair for the services they provide, which has always been top shelf!These guys I amazing at what they do! They are masters of their trade.

Just got off the phone with the service representative to verify a quote for myself that I was told by my kids father. Man on the phone was EXTREMELY rude as if I was interrupting his day, had nothing but negative comments about SCV auto and was completely unprofessional. Not gonna bother with it this asshole, probably crooks.

I would give negative stars if I could. Be careful they are CROOKS and STEAL MONEY from customers !!!! We paid for services and car engine part replacements recommended to get the car working . Because it's a classic car and the engine is customized we had to leave it in the shop for some time. After paying ahead of time to get the services done, they never did anything to the car when I checked back. They refused to give the money back or finish the services I paid for . The owner of the company blamed the unfinished work on a manager that doesn't work there anymore . We paid for services they didn't even do nor would the owner give our money back. The owner stated we had to pay money again to get the services done and for the car engine parts we already paid for prior. I hope no one goes through what we had to go through cause we did lose a lot of money and paid for services and car engine parts we never got.

I meant to do this a while back, but I had a great experience with this company. All around.I'm new to the area so finding a new car person/company was weighing heavily on me.I needed new tires ASAP and started my shopping process. I stopped at Discount Tire and they added a bunch of extra stuff that needed to happen due to not having the right tools (?) at a tired place that was weird to me. I went to this place and John was awesome. They worked with my schedule, gave me brand options for what I needed and had some great advice. Had no issues during the process. I asked about an adjustment to the balance of the tired and they rebalanced them and had me back on the road in no time.They will be my new car people.A big thanks to John and his team!!

Was quoted $1800 to fix my A/C vent actuator and fill with Freon!!! Went to SCV auto air and they did everything for $469. This is the second time I had a vehicle quoted over 3x the amount it took to fix. To top it they made me pay them $180 for a diagnosti!! DO NOT GO TO HALSEY'S

Good, reliable, and trustworthy! I first went to Halsey's after realizing how shady my last shop was... To say the least I was nervous to go somewhere new. Halsey's has been so good and while no one is ever happy to spend hundreds of dollars on their car problems, John makes it suck a littllleee bit less. They've been there to help and John has gone out of his way to show so much kindness. Thanks Halsey's and John!!

I got my brakes "fixed" there a couple months ago. Squeaking after about the first month and second month, a whole lot of it. Went there today to take it in and they have been evicted. The place is shut down and my warranty is garbage now. Didn't do great work and now their in the wind. Meh.

Excellent service, Terry is very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful and friendly. They performed a complete remanufactured engine swap on my 2002 Nissan xterra. I was in no rush however Terry called me twice a week with updates and progress. Truck runs great after and am happy with the work and service.
About 6 months later I had my fuel level indicator go dead. They were able to diagnose the short and fix the issue. Always honest and up front.
