Newly updated, pretty clean and stocked. Haven't met a single employee who isn't kind or helpful and easily approachable. Fair prices and I always leave more than I plan on lol

My daughter found many great clothing pieces for a bargain. Best part is proceeds fund job training and placement for youth at risk, veterans, homeless, individuals with disabilities and formerly incarcerated. Also, thrifting is great for the environment (stops filling landfills).

Like to come here and find deals, mostly it’s a relax experience.

We've tried to come here twice and both times they weren't accepting any donations and turned us away.

Their posted business hours say Monday-Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm. As I pulled in to a parking spot at 4:45pm an employee stepped out of the door and with a hand motion across his throat told me they were full.First time trying to drop off here.Message received. It's hit and miss whether they will take your items or not.

I went there today and there is a sign saying they are not taking donations. (July 2022)

Would not accept three suits, several pairs of khaki pants, dress and polo shirts after I drove from Castaic. Would not even look at the condition of the washed, folded, and hanging garments.

Honestly what is the point. Literally all they do is collect and I see now based on reviews they half the time don't accept things. On a hot day I packed up my car folded seats down etc only to drive over here. Open sign was hanging. Great. Before I could pop my trunk a guy runs out and says oh we can't take anything we're full. This will be the last time I try donating to goodwill. Easier and more cost efficient to just wait for bulk pick up day. Gas is too expensive to drive around looking to donate.

Went to 3 locations in SCV. Was shocked at how rude and how lazy the employees were. After all, aren't they eventually making money off of the items I'm donating? There's other options for donations and I'll be exercising them!!

I’ve only been to this location twice over the years. Both times, they are “full” and can’t take any more donations. What’s the point of a donation center if it’s consistently at capacity? I end up going to a donation center in Canyon Country which never has any issues.
