I was introduced to Genesis 1 Auto Concepts several years back by good friends when I was looking for simple tires for my van. At first glance, this is a shop that does custom work on cars, but little did I know they are a full service business. Not only do they customize cars, they perform any services required for vehicle maintenance, sell tires, tint, etc. Genesis 1 is an amazing place for any kind of work on your car! They communicate any issues and recommendations, they give you many options that fit your budget and go beyond for their customers! I would highly recommend this place and they have a lifetime customer for all my cars! Thank you Genesis 1 Auto Concepts

I seriously feel bad for anyone who came here. Jay is a moron. He's a terrible human being. I know someone personally who works here, a year ago he told me how all the workers here hate jay, and even tell customers to go away and not to do business with jay, I don't even know why they work there, jay is an insufferable person. He's committed huge felony crimes stealing art and all that, he's not self made, he lies and he's terrible. Don't take your business here. One time I was working at Chevrolet as a salesman back in 2022, some guy with a corvette came by and told me about his horrible experience taking his corvette here. And just go read all the 1 star reviews and do your research on jay and see that he's a crook

If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible establishment, can’t even honor simple warrantee agreements, horrible suspension work, awful wrapping quality, terrible customer service, super over priced, all services offered are short cut with cheap parts and juiced labor prices. JAY THE OWNER is horrible, has 0 class or business professionalism, extremely disrespectful and will try to fight you and cuss you out if you call him out on his shops quality of work. Has happened to me and people around me as well. STAY AWAY!!!! I don’t even know how this shop is still open especially with a horrible owner like Jay the crook.

This place is awesome! They did an excellent job washing my car and gave me a great price. My car looks new inside and out. Much better than any of the other car washes in town. I am fortunate to work close by, so they are my new car care business. The owner is also very nice and professional!!!

The worst shop ever, took the car to paint trunk and bumper. At first he told me $1,200 but when I picked up the car he charged $3,500. Very pool job, swirling and paint dipped everywhere. Color didn’t match. Stay away from them.

I took my vehicle there to get an estimate for some interior work I wanted To get done I was told I would hear back from them in 2 to 3 days a week goes by and I have not heard from anyone when I call I just keep being told I will receive a call back, and I never do. Ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere and got the job done.

I would highly recommend this place. Very friendly people here. Good clean environment Jay and Kris are AWESOME and Marcelo the electrician is very nice as well.

THE OWNER JAY NIETO IS AN ABSOLUTE CROOK. HE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY CUSTOMERS, IS CONSTANTLY EVADING BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR, AND HAS BEEN INVESTIGATED MULTIPLE TIMES. HE BELONGS IN JAIL.

Terrible service, he charges me $400 to change the sound of the car and they gave me examples of how it would sound and it turns out that the car still sounds the same as it did from the factory, and now he says that I have to pay $1,200 because the entire system has to be changed! ! Terrible service I do not recommend it, the San Fernando Valley do better jobs and for much less
