Every time I've dealt with a manager at this home Depot they have no idea what they're doing and they're extremely rude. It doesn't matter what department it is! When I witnessed a manager belittling a worker that was it for me I can't go there anymore. Go to any other home Depot besides this one or you will be sorry!

Let me start off by sharing that I have been coming to this Home Depot for almost 9 years I'm a pro member. I'm also a woman who is followed every single time that I come into the store always by the women never the men they whisper and tell secrets and look at me like I don't know that they're following me one woman.In particular makes it very very obvious, and for some reason seems to dislike me, is quite rude to me. Every time I come in, I have never stolen from the store I've never been arrested from stealing from the store nothing has ever happened for them to treat me with such disregard , when I am here almost literally every single day I spent thousands of dollars here remodeling my house like three times a year. And I do it all myself. I am disgusted with the level of incompetence that these women have that work here and their treatment of the customers that pay their paychecks it's gotten to the point where I'm ready to call Corporate to file a complaint, and if need be, bring other entities, it's discrimination now.

My husband and I had came in to buy some wood. While in the lumber section in the back of the store where the wood gets cut and thrown on the floor, we were assisted by a young man who told us to take the 3inch SCRAP wood to the front and we would be assisted with a price. When we went to self check out we kindly asked for help as to how we would enter the price for the SCRAP WOOD. The old woman in the front working self check out told us there was no way possible that it was SCRAP wood and that we needed to be charged by square footage. We had no issue paying for whatever the sq ft was but the old woman continued to insist that we were going to be charged what seemed like an insane amount and then proceeded to ask another woman "Liz" for assistance as well and insinuated that we had made this up since "everyone is in lunch and there is no one working in hardware". Liz then in a very moody attitude called for help and ended up going to check herself and came back and told us "you're good to go, its scrap". They completely treated us like if we were going to steal the wood. Feels like we were racially targeted & when asked for the managers name, they refused to give us his last name. Then upon calling, the "supervisor" on duty laughed it off like it was a complete joke. Really Home Depot? If your workers are old and grumpy, have them in another aisle, maybe not where they're assisting customers. Most of your clientele is of our same race. It was a piece of scrap wood for christ sakes. Do better.

Found an item I was looking for on their website. It says they have 43 in-stock. Of course when I get there, there's none! Talked to a sales person who told me what I was looking for, hasn't been in stock for weeks! What a waste of a trip.Go to Lowe's

I went today with my young son to look for something in The Home Depot. I came across an employee who helped with the questions I had. But then this manger Eder in lumbar dept (I asked for his info) was so rude like why even have a person with bad customer service work there especially a manager. He mumble something rude when I asked the employee a question. Come on like why is my question stupid. I was trying to get stuff to build a project for my son's school. But I guess it doesn't matter.

I popped in because I was very much in need of random items for a DIY project at home. I noticed at this location there seems to be a lot of kind, helpful employees who look very happy, and by the experience I had they all seemed not to mind going out of their way to help. These employees patiently listened to me explain my project brought me to the very aisle & pointed out exactly what it was that I needed. These employees helped calculate precise measurements as well as offer advice or suggestions as to solutions to go about my project effectively! The best part is the employees come together and like magic they all chimed in pitching ideas and just to see the team work in the different departments I had visited today! Amazing! I highly recommend visiting this location. I was so taken back by all the incredible help I received... I asked them all for their names:Chris, Walter, Vince, Brando, Terrell, Tina,Bob G, Lisa, Travis and the wonderful kind lady not sure of her name ( burgundy hair) who was working the self checkout assisting me with my items.. All the employees are hardworking and all have such beautiful kind hearts! Please take this time to recognize greatness you have with these magnificent people who absolutely represent HOME DEPOT in such a positive light!

I would like to thank Walter and Mary for assisting me with the purchase of a vinyl fence. I had gone to my nearest Home Depo on Golden Triangle. The service there was the worst. The guy's assisting me where uneducated on the products and rude. I left and came to the one located on New Hall Ranch Road. I asked for assistance and Walter and Mary helped me find what I needed. Thank you.

I purchased a dishwasher from this store and bought the warranty for the machine. Three years later, the machine broke. Home Depot assigned my work to Active Appliances. It has been 6 weeks and 6 visits and I still do not have a working dishwasher. I called Home Depot for support and they said they would get back to me within 2 business days. It had been 9days and still nothing. They do not stand behind their service contracts and warranties. We have been customers of Home Depot for many years. We will never purchase from them. Lowe's will get our business in the future.

Been frequenting improvement stores since Dec because we're doing some DIY projects at home, luckily we have 3 hardware stores close by. Some employees are more helpful than others but I guess that can be said about any place. It was nice to see the Saturday morning activities that they have for kids during the holiday season. Nice activity for the kids to participate in something different rather than using an iPad or tv, while also learning some basic DIY. Now on to the real reason for this review. When you check out you smell the aroma from the food stand outside. Yesterday I finally decided to buy something as I was leaving, got a spicy polish dog and it hit the spot. Worker at the stand is friendly and he does take cash/card.

If you know what you're looking for, you are better off. The worst customer service. Lots of attitude from employees and act like they are doing you a,favor by helping. If you can't find anyone, go to their breakroom by the restrooms. They will all be there.

Ok, a young mom here. Went in for interior paint this morning around 6:30am before the family woke up. I spent about 15 minutes walking around the different paint isles trying to figure out what I needed, on my own. I was the only customer.The girl working the department did not ask if I needed help and we had made eye contact. I finally approached her and point out what I needed in another isle, that was out of my reach. Without a word she picked up from a lower shelf in a different spot. How am I supposed to know there is more than one spot? It felt awkward and if I was intruding.We had a $33 return gift card (finishing a home renovation) that didn't have a receipt. Apparently it was in my husband's name so I couldn't use it without his ID? If someone had told us when we made the return, he would never have given me the cardSo I left and went to Lowe's, which was great. The person there acknowledged me, asked what I was looking for, and then went above and beyond to help me confirm paint was low VOC (we have small kids). So at Lowe's, I spent $90 bucks on basic white paint, and in the future, will now go to Lowe's for more paint to match colors based on the Sherwin William's brand.Sorry Home Depot, a quick hi, how are you goes a long way. 6:30 am on a Saturday isn't busy to greet/ask your customers if they need anything-- even if you're busy stocking shelves. Three stars because we've had great service in other areas like kitchen remodel design and garden

Stopped by chance just to see if they had a Christmas tree my wife wanted. Didn't find a display model. Decided to check the boxes then leave. Low and behold, on the floor was a sealed box and recognized the number. Checked the description and sku number. It was the one she wanted! I scooped that baby up and went right to the check out. Shhhhh. She doesn't know I found it!
