I love this GAMESTOP! The service here is always very good, everyone is so welcoming and friendly!Came in today and had a pleasant experience with my purchase, everyone made me feel like a friend! I gotta say that the rep named "David" has always been very helpful and has provided the best customer service!

They did a great job of ignoring me. When I went up and asked a question if a certain game had come out they just said "no" and the two employees went back to just talking to each other and ignoring me and didn't offer to look up dates. Worst GameStop I've ever been in.

I preordered a collector's edition for an upcoming game, and a woman named Christine said while I couldn't or preorder it immediately, she could take a down payment for the regular game, and when preorders came available they could move it over. The next day came and preorders ere available, but I called and they said they never changed it over to the collector's edition, and it was out of stock so nothing they could do. I spoke the GameStop in Northridge and they said that it wasn't even a possibility to preorder the collector's edition in person.

I purchase an Xbox X at 7:45pmWent back the next day at 12:00 because I wanted to change it for the PS. They said I can’t return it because I lost the receipt , I even show them my ID and the card that use to pay. They said nope.. not even 24 hours of purchase time….

The customer service here is 10/10. Dee went above and beyond in trying to find a replacement for an action figure I ordered online with a QC error (totally not the store's fault). Honestly, one of the nicest people I've ever met working in retail and was so determined in finding a solution. I ended up getting a refund for it but the store has such nice collectables I'm sure I'll end up coming back again anyway. Thank you Dee!!

I will not shop here because they can't be bothered to awnser a phone it's been two days calling and all I get is a pre-recorded message thank you for calling our associates are busy try again in a few minutes but they will never awnser just unplug the phone if your not taking calls so I know it don't make me waste my time !

Do yourself a favor and avoid pre ordering games from GameStop. I preordered a game that was released on 11/22, when I stopped by the store to pick up the game, I was told they didn't have a copy for me and they still don't. However, they are advertising the game as in stock on their website. What's the incentive to pre order if they can't deliver? Avoid them for pre order all cost!!!!

I had very bad experience with the Valencia GameStop store. I waited on line for 30 minutes to purchase a funko pop that was place on the shelf and when I got to the register I was told that I could not purchase. There were multiple items of the same figure place for sale. During my purchase on 11/25/2022 there were 4 employees on the store but they only had one person on the register. The manager by the name of Christine (she/her's ) was not assisting customers, she seem to be doing paperwork and the line was very long. I was upset because I waited for so long just to be told that I could not purchase my item.

Great customer service. Workers were super nice and helpful. They helped me find the game my little brother wanted and thankfully they were in stock.
