I was very disappointed in the services from the sales rep “E”. I have been a 6 time returning customer and have continued to return because of the great quality in their furniture and amazing prices, however, when I tried to return what would’ve been the 7th time, I was greatly disappointed with the pricing.
I showed interest in a couch that was priced at $2,999.99, I was told multiple times that I would receive a great deal because i’m a returning customer and they have the best prices in the city of SCV. When it came down to negotiating the pricing, my sales rep E told me the best she could do was $2,899.99….. $100 difference that didn’t even cover the cost of the delivery. Out of frustration I left and told her we would be in touch.
A few days later, after doing some research on different couches in SCV I discovered that furniture now is indeed not the cheapest and best in the SCV. I texted my sales rep yet again asking what was the best she could do in terms of pricing…. yet again I was told I needed to apply for their credit financing before I could be given any more of a discount and the $2,899.99 was “all she could do”.
They are partnered with Ashley’s furniture, and yet Ashley furniture has better pricing than they do. I even located the same couch i loved and got it out the door (with delivery + tax included) at $1800 with a different establishment. I can confidently say I will not be a returning customer to this establishment again.

Best furniture store in santa clarita!!! Great prices, quality furniture. Went every where looking for a reclining couch and reclining chair. Even living spaces in sf valley and they couldn't compare. Inez our salesperson was excellent.. so helpful and the customer service people were awesome! The delivery people were excellent! Very conscious about moving in not hitting walls. Highly recommend!

Everything was nice from start to end, but at the very last moment the delivery was not upto the Mark and I was lied to by delivery people and the the person who was assisting me at the store. Long story short, but Dominic saved the day. He apologized and made things right for me. I was going to give 4 stars, but dealing with Dominic made me changed my mind and now its 5*****. Thanks!!! Just bought 3 couches and love seat. Fantastic buys and customer service! Very professional and accommodating. Ban was my salesperson she is a doll. Highly recommended coming to check this place out.

I go here whenever I need something new for the house. Ban and Wally are awesome and enjoyable to work with. But EVERYONE here is extremely helpful and I've never felt the big sales pitch that generally sends me running. The place is pretty big and has a decent selections. Thanks again! I love my couch. I'll be in soon to buy an ottoman.

I have recently had my identity stolen and the person who stole it tried to use my card at Furniture now and the person who over sees the internet sales noted that there was something wrong with what was happening with my card and canceled the sale. I was mortified when I saw that $1,100 was going to be taken from my account. This person saved me from a great deal of trouble and I just wish there were more people like him and like this company who hires someone like this.

So happy to have found this furniture store!! It is huge with such a fabulous selection. We were happily greeted by Sergio Chavez. He was wonderful from the start. We did not feel ANY pressure to purchase anything. When we had questions, he had the answers. We ended up buying a beautiful sectional sofa that is absolutely gorgeous!!! There are so many things I want so I will be going back soon... Thank you Serge... ;)

Went shopping around with my wife to all the local stores in town and I have to say this is by far the best one! They have a huge selection and were so so helpful! Ask for Ban or Dominic at the front and they will be sure to take care of you! If they don't have exactly what you are looking for in the store they will show you there catalogs and they have everything you can imagine! They even had it delivered same day!!! I am so happy thank you Ban and Dominic!!

We purchased a sectional sofa for our family room last year. Without getting into too much detail, there was an error made on both sides regarding the dimensions. They took the sofa back without any hassle and ordered a new one. Our family loves the sofa and it's very comfortable. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be making Furniture Now our first choice for all of our home furnishing needs.
