I ordered flowers from their website from a picture of all lavender flowers and clear vase, they took it upon themselves to use a purple vase and some lavender flowers along with pink daisy type fillers and burgundy type roses. Looked terrible !
I called them to tell them not what I ordered from the picture, the MANAGER actually argued with me saying they don’t always have certain flowers, I continued to express why didn’t they inform me of this! I would have ordered something different ESPECIALLY NOT A PURPLE VASE that didn’t match the arrangement .
I ORDERED these for my daughter’s birthday. Their option was to pick them up and refund me! Ridiculous since they had been delivered so now they would go take my daughter’s gift from her!!!!
Very disappointed with manager’s customer service and again argumentative with me the customer. Never ordering from Flowers Finesse again.

Not happy with the service! The left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. I asked to have a photo of the flowers texted to me before they were delivered and when I hadn't received anything by 4:30 PM, I called the store. That's when they sent me a photo of someone else's flowers. There was someone else's name on the card and she said not to worry, my flowers were the same bouquet. I told her I did not order a flashy bouquet as this was for a very conservative lady who passed away, (I ordered a simple soft pink and white floral bouquet). That's when she sent me another photo which was what I ordered. When I placed the order, I asked them to text me once the flowers were delivered. When I hadn't heard anything by 7:30 PM, I texted the owner (?) who said they had been delivered. When I asked if someone had answered the door to receive the deliver, (as opposed to leaving them on the porch), she wrote back stating there had a problem with another previous delivery and that the flowers are on their way. ??? I ordered flowers online this morning at 7:45 AM and as of 8:00 PM as I write this, my client does not have his flowers and all I have received is their drama. I didn't think the simple request of texting me a photo of the flowers and text me once they are delivered would turn into me having to be the one to check in and stay on top of things to make sure the flowers looked nice and were not left out in the heat. I regret ordering flowers from this store.

The flowers and arrangement were phenomenal. The ordering process very professional. Delivery as agreed and friendly. Will use this business for any future floral needs and highly recommend.

Marisol assisted me with selecting flowers, colors, and a bouquet style that perfectly matched my wedding theme. She offered wonderful suggestions and was able to create exactly what I envisioned. Not to mention the quality and freshness of the flowers was superb.

I cannot say enough about how stunning the flowers were for my son’s wedding this weekend! Beyond my wildest dreams! The owners of this shop are incredibly warm, friendly and professional! They listen to your visions from that initial visit months out and the vision is recreated at your event! I would highly recommend them, for events or just because you love flowers! It was a pleasure working with them!!

Had a little problem with the flowers I ordered they didn’t seem like they were the freshest. They were beautiful, but very quickly proceeded to wilt and die. I contacted the owner. She and her colleagues were wonderful. I didn’t really know what to expect. They ended up, redoing the entire bouquet and delivering it with a really wonderful apology note. The flowers were gorgeous. I highly recommend this business, not only for its designs, but for its integrity.

This shop is awesome! They are really nice and helpful. I live out of state and was able to easily order nice flowers and get them delivered on time. Will definitely use this place again!!

The ordering process was quite easy, even from abroad with an international card. I had issues with other vendors, but luckily this shop had a beautiful selection and was easy to work with. Delivery was timely, and reasonably priced. The one-star deduction was for the less than ideal look of some of the tulips in the arrangement, they looked haphazardly placed. Otherwise, the flowers were beautiful.

Amazing flower store with an awesome staff! The products and vibe of the location are absolutely lovely. I love the quality and affordable price points of everything in store. The crew working it are real pros and have fantastic customer service. I highly recommend!

Ordered several boutonnières & corsages for a prom. The order form was clearly written at the time the order was placed and paid for. I really wanted to support a local small business, however, they blew it. The order was wrong. At least one corsage was not even made. So they made it while I waited and the wrist strap ended up breaking. One of the other corsage wrist straps was way too big and did not stay on. One of the boutonnières was the wrong color and several did not have pins in the packaging. I would not trust this shop with another important occasion.
