“Had a little problem with the flowers I ordered they didn’t seem like they were the freshest. They were beautiful, but very quickly proceeded to wilt and die. I contacted the owner. She and her colleagues were wonderful. I didn’t really know what to expect. They ended up, redoing the entire bouquet and delivering it with a really wonderful apology note. The flowers were gorgeous. I highly recommend this business, not only for its designs, but for its integrity.”

Let me start with the fact that I always use a local florist as it is important to keep my business local. I had a minor mishap with my delivery. The response from the owner was so quick, and he went above and beyond to not only rectify it immediately but also upgraded my order to let me know that customer satisfaction is the most important part of his business and because of the way he so graciously took care of me he now has a forever customer, and one who will be singing the praises to others.”
