I truly don't know where to begin...For the past several years (14 to be exact) I tried to "workout" on my own at home using videos etc.... I thought I was doing great but my weight was not budging and in fact, the pounds just seemed to creep up. I have 3 children and their activities, homework, meals always took precedence over what I needed to do for myself.My good friend had been telling me for years to try Flex N Burn with her and I always had an excuse why I couldn't join her. This was compounded by the fact that I never really was a fan of working out in a group and was too scared that I would not be able to keep up with the workout. Last March I felt at my absolute worst, I was at my highest non-pregnant weight and was exhausted all the time. I realized that if I didn't take care of my health, no one else will. I nervously walked into Flex N Burn and was instantly greeted by Michael's big smile. Michael patiently explained to me how to use the machines and I decided to take a leap of faith and commit to working out. At first it was 1-2 days a week and now, after completing almost my 100th class, I am try to go 4 days a week. Working out with Michael has changed my life. I feel like a different person. I have lost weight, my body is definitely more toned, and I feel better mentally. Don't get me wrong, the 30 minutes I am there to workout is always challenging but Michael is extremely patient and makes sure each person challenges themselves. I still have a long road ahead of me to reach my physical goals but I feel confident that with Michael's Flex N Burn classes I will reach my goals. I wrote this detailed review in the hopes that if you are looking to make changes in your health, do not think twice. Call Michael and set up your introductory class. Trust me!

I'm always short on time but the 30 minutes here are worth it. Mike pushes you to your limits and everyone seems to have a personalized workout. I love how I feel after each class and look forward to the next one!

I love this studio! You get in, get a great work out, and you are out the door! Coach Mike is awesome! He pumps you up, motivates you, and you never feel awkward in a class. If you need someone to guide you, but want to put in the work, I recommend!

Getting great results. I love that it is so fast and efficient. Even if I don't feel like working out I can convince myself to get through 30 minutes. Everything is very clean and sanitary. Mike does a great job correcting form and making sure exercises are done right. Highly recommend.

This 30 minute workout is perfect for my busy schedule. I lost 12 pounds in 30 days by going to Flex ‘n Burn three times a week and by adjusting my diet and nutrition. Mike is by far the best coach I’ve ever had. This is a great system for healthy living!!

In 30 minutes I get a workout that changes my body. It’s challenging and rewarding. The areas of most concern are the back, stomach and thighs. I’m improving all over and see results for the hard work. The training is top notch and the fact that I can do as much in 30 minutes still blows me away. I highly recommend the classes. There are many classes available throughout the day which make it possible to get in with my hectic schedule. The price point is excellent, very affordable for the training I receive.

Flex N Burn has been a great find for me.It has been a long time since I have taken a class in which I have actually seen and felt results. Although I have taken part in rowing, cycling, and even had a personal trainer in the past, this has far surpassed them all in my opinion.I am fairly shy, so a class setting wasn't my first choice. but I like to be held accountable and know that I am performing the workouts correctly, which can be difficult if you go to a regular gym.While it is a class, don't feel intimidated... everyone is very friendly and is too busy with the workout to pay attention to you. (Except Mike lol)Mike is really nice, but do not think you can slack in class. He corrects you when you need to be corrected and pushes you when you need it most ...It is common for most instructors to simply allow you to show up, but he does care and wants you to reach your goals.I would recommend a total body for your first time. The best part is the class is only 30 min

I have been taking classes at Flex N Burn for a little less than 1 year. I keep coming back again and again. Mike is an excellent trainer and really helps improve form while keeping you motivated and pushing you to the next level. The format of the class is short and sweet but it is super effective! I love getting in and out quickly while still feeling like I got all of the benefits out of my workout that I would in a longer class. Love it!
