I can usually find what I'm looking for and the sales are very much worth the trip into the store as well as online. Downside is the limited amount of salespeople on the floor.

Horrible service in makeup dept. Spent more than 23min asking for help at the Mac section. Every staff member had excuses on why they couldn't get my makeup so I could pay and go home. This is Macy's people.
