Worst place ever. She used V05 hair coloring Otc and it made my hair fall out! Ever since my hair has been drier than dry and so ruined it took deep conditioning treatments to restore moisture. They suck

No wonder why this place is ao empty. She is rude and doesn’t seen like she wants to talk to you . Super expensive. I didn’t like it. Not coming back . If you want more customers be more kind and smile more! You have to work in your customer service

Cannot cut hair, showed a picture of what we wanted and just chopped it, no style nothing! Over priced and unprofessional. I've been told by a few not to go but needed a cut, never again, do not come here.

Not professional that lady didn't know what the heck she was doing...I thought I was going to say wow to my daughter hair..very disappointed. Was told I needed a trearment for my hair being dry, which I know I needed. But was completely misleading, after my hair was blown dry straight if you want to call it that it was sticky and flakey. I had work with in the next 2 hours and they felt no sympathy and the newest girl who was very sweet had to translate for the other 2. I left with my hair not done the way i asked a simple flat iron... maybe if they explained better this would have gone different way. I NEVER leave reviews ever ... i feel ugly ?

Called to make an appointment with Elena but she wasn't available to cut hair. I spoke with a lady and told her it was fine. I still wanted a haircut and asked when was the next available appointment. She told me tomorrow at 12 or 1 because she closes at 2 pm. I agreed to 1 pm and I show up. No one was there, so I call and she tells me that I didn't confirm with her the appointment. How did I not confirm if I called the night before??!!
