Went to this location this morning to drop off a package. Not one person was behind the front desk to assist customers. After about a five minute wait, one employee came out and the look on her face said it all. She did not seem slightly interested in assisting customers. Shame that this is the nearest location to my house.

Use UPS instead!
The only reason I go to fedex is because my work uses them and sends prepaid labels through them. They overcharge for everything! Aren’t transparent about their prices, and seem to find a way to upcharge you. Today the prepaid label I had needed to go with a different bag, which I then had to purchase (never had to do that before).
Anyways save yourself some money and use UPS. And if you need to print use the library across the street. So much more affordable.

If you go here, hope you don’t get “James”. Not helpful and unnecessarily snotty! Some FedEx stores are awesome and save your butt in a pinch .. do not expect that at this location, this store has “James”. I will go out of my way to never go to this location again.. all thanks to “James”.??

Came in January 21, 2024 at 1:50pm. The printer I was using was not working. The employee adjusted the paper, started the machine and walked away…….The machine failed as the employee was walking away, I told him it was not working and he got very annoyed. He came back and actually fixed it, then just walked away. I usually say thank you but he didn’t deserve my gratitude. If you hate your job so much, go find another one and don’t take your misery out on paying, kind customers. Have a pleasant day!

Service on the packaging side is always very slow, due to this location always seeming to be short staffed. All I needed to do was to buy a box and put my pre-packaged bubble wrapped item in the box and put my self generated label on. That was not allowed and I was charged a packing fee, after waiting in line for 20mins. This is not the experience I have when I (usually) visit the UPS Store next door - staff are friendly, helpful and would not have charged me extra just to put an item in a box. Will I come back here again? Not if I have too.

I usually come to this fedex to drop off packages I need to mail, I have yet to try the other services. However today I walked in and learned that I can just check in packages myself that have a prepaid label on them without having to wait in line. Which is perfect cause I always have something to mail out via FedEx. The guy that helped me was super helpful and showed me how to use the self service machine. I was in and out of there in less than five minutes.

I was blatantly re-directed to stand in line for a purchase after I had been standing for about15 minutes. I needed to buy platstic folders and post it notes and was in line and a white guy came in front of the line, the Fed Ex employee took me over to another register, where the cashier was working on another customer. So my wait was continued. Back to the first line, the white guy who came in after me, was taken care of, then another customer who came through the door was taken care before me. I only used Fed ex because my printer is down and I needed some print outs and wanted filing folders while I was there. Honestly, any product can be ordered via Amazon, and UPS and the regular postal services do a better job. Good luck and that sucked!

This retailer has a bad financial practice. My husband went in this FedEx store to make three copies of a document. The copier only accepts credit or debit cards. My husband wanted to pay cash $2.27. He was told he would have to stand in another line to pay cash. Not something my husband wanted to do … so he used his card. When we got home I went online with my bank to log my receipts for the day. I noticed FedEx had a pending charge for $10.00. I called the store and spoke with James. He stated that there is wording on the machine that states FedEx will process a $10.00 hold charge. Wow what a deal for FedEx . Multiply that times all the FedEx customers for the day at all the retail stores $$$$$. Now it’s my job to check my bank everyday until the $10.00 charge is reversed and a charge of $2.27 is posted. I said, FedEx is the only business that has this policy of processing your transaction for more than it actually was. I asked why is it everyone else has the ability to charge your card for the exact cost of your transaction. Very bad business practice…????????. We are not using Fedex anymore.

Jeremy helped me for my mother-in-law's memorial to pick the best pictures to enlarge for the flower arrangements and family photos to be kept and also Cheri was very helpful on the phone when I had talk to her about some other printing needs that I needed. My friend left her winter coat during a recent visit from New Mexico. I was able to ship it to her for less than $20. She doesn't feel USPS is reliable, and am glad it was open on a Sunday to ship it back to her asap.

I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card. That’s how bad the service was. A simple two sided copy of eight pages. Failed the first and second time. The third time some of the pages were positioned wrong, (Fedx person) so words were cut off. The documents had sensitive material on it. I wanted to take the failed copies with me. The Manager said he would not give me a refund if I choose to walk out with them. I left with my personal documents and will dispute the charge with my credit card company. The male manager was very rude and should be fired!
