So easy and so fast! I had an oversized package to return. Help started in the parking lot with any employee retrieving a flat cart for me. Then helped bring it inside the store. A short line in FedEx.Staff friendly and efficient. Will always go back to this location for FedEx!

Poor customer service. Employees not properly trained and look very confused when assisting customers with simple tasks. No urgency in assisting customers. Very slow service.I needed to make two copies and only had cash on me, the copy machine only took card payments. There were no other customers in the store. I asked for assistance to make copies and be charged at the register since I only had cash. I was told I'd have to pay a $5 up charge for the assistance. I asked for a manager, the employee called a manager from another store and she instructed the employee to charge me $2.50 instead. I paid an additional $2.50 for two 17¢ copies...just for paying cash at a register.I do not recommend this location or FedEx in general.

What a terrible experience.After checking times and locations I go to this location. The guy says, sorry I'm taking my lunch right now. Come back in 45 minutes.I tell him the package is ready and the label is in his system. He said sorry, come back in 45 minutes.What is the opposite of great customer service? This place!Use UPS. At least they care and treat the customer like they matter.

Was looking for a FedEx store to ship some paperwork. Wasnt sure what to expect while walking in to this shipping location. Juan the employee made it all super easy and fast. It was my first time shipping something through FedEx and was a little hesitant and worried I would not know what to do. Juan walked me every step of the way and gave me all my best options for shipping. Never made me feel rushed even though he had another customer waiting. Highly recommend this FedEx spot even better its located inaide Wal-Mart. Thank you.
