I’ve read the reviews, good and bad, but I honestly have to say that the Doctor and staff have been kind and caring to my two doggies. Both are Seniors and have their little quirks and they have always been accommodating. They let me go in the back with them and stay next to my senior girl who has really bad arthritis. They are patient with her and with me as well, because usually I’m a nervous wreck. They are really good to us. We always make an appointment towards the end of the day and have had no trouble. They will continue to be the vet for Bella and Layla. I’m super picky about where I bring my dogs and baby them because they are my kids, and If I ever see anything inappropriate I will absolutely change vets, but I highly doubt that will ever happen. Thank you Doctor & staff for all your help and love for Bella and Layla!!

I’ve been bringing my dogs here for vaccinations since before 2021. They always do a great job & the technicians are careful with them, which I appreciate. They have a clean reception area & consultation rooms. They also have a cute cat that hangs out at the reception area!

The vets and staff were very thorough and kind when treating my kitty. They helped with any and all needs or concerns I had and remembered their clients when we came for follow ups! Also, the office is clean, organized and quiet. The overall experience here is wonderful and affordable. I would highly recommend bringing your animals here!

I have a 20 year old cat named Freddy. Dr Mansour has been extremely caring for my cat. He is so gentle with him and he even kissed him on the head. I have never seen a doctor be so loving. He has provided Medical Care which was highly needed for my Freddy. I can't say enough about the caregiving this Hospital gives. And the African-American lady who does the grooming is so gentle with him. I was recommended to go to this Hospital due to the age of my kitty cat. I look forward to having our time with my aging Kitty because of the care this hospital and doctor had the given him.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! If you have all day to stick around for vaccines this is your place otherwise I suggest you look for another vet. They had me waiting in the lobby for over 45 minutes then I was called in to the room and waited another 30 minutes finally I just decided to walk out.

My pup Severus has been going to Evergreen for years now after many other vets who I found to be inadequate for his care. Dr.Mansour has never been anything but honest with me. He and the techs have been kind towards us and respectful. The experience that Dr.Mansour shows is astounding he knows so much and is always happy to explain everything to you. He and the techs genuinely care about his patients and for that I am grateful.

I've been a loyal customer at Evergreen for over 13 years, initially with my dog Kola and now with my cat Ramsey. I consistently recommend Evergreen to friends and family due to the professionalism, honesty, and kindness of Dr. Mansour and his staff. Their commitment to sanitation, fair pricing, and gentle treatment of my pets has made them my go-to veterinary clinic.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE IF YOU SEEK A PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR WITH TOTAL REGARD FOR YOUR PET AND YOU!This Doctor Mansour chose to literally be mean to my family and my dog today. I am not exaggerating. His ego and arrogance got the best of him. My husband and I were shocked by his unprofessionalism. Dr. Mansour has absolute NO REGARD for dogs. He is very tired of his job and he’s miserable, clearly. Oh my, WHAT AN EGO. Wow! To be perfectly honest, he chose to be a complete a$$hole to my husband and I on the phone today and he used his staff to do his dirty work. Here is what happened:I took my dog Susie to see Dr. Mansour one month ago. She was treated for an ear infection. I mentioned to him that he gave my previous dog a Health Certificate for International travel back in 2007. I requested that he certify my current dog to fly. He said “Sure, no problem. Where are you going?” I said Costa Rica just as before in 2007. He said, “Costa Rica is not a problem. We just need to do it within 10 days before your flight. I then made the appointment for December 11th. When I called the morning of the appointment to confirm, I asked how much it will be. They said, $817.00!!!! REALLY!? Guess how much I paid him in 2007? Only $70! I asked the receptionist why it was so much. She didn’t have an answer for me. My husband then called to ask the receptionist to ask the doctor what this amount pertains to and my husband also expressed that other places were $275 on average. She said she would speak with the doctor and call us back. GUESS WHAT SHE SAID? “The doctor said we don’t do Costa Rica anymore.” I then told her then on the phone that Dr. Mansour told me directly that Costa Rica would not be a problem and that this is not my first health certificate for this country that Dr. Mansour has handled. She said, “Sorry” and with no tone of regard for us with her tone. We fully immediately realized that he was annoyed with my we questioned his fee and decided he didn’t want to certify us because it hurt his ego. If you met him, you would KNOW and SEE that he behaves and speaks in such a manner. His act was mean. But you know, it’s okay because everything happens for a reason. I called around and found an amazing doctor that has absolutely no problem in doing so and he’s only $280 which is far cheaper that Dr. Mansour’s $817. Also, I don’t need to go alllll the way to LAX and wait for hours for a stamp by USDA like I did with Dr. Mansour. This new doctor handles it all for me. So you see everything happens for a good reason and I feel so much better. To save you the research, should you decide to travel international with your pet, go to: Warner Center Pet Clinic in Woodland Hills. I will post an update after my visit tomorrow with them.UPDATE: One month later and reflecting back on this. I ended up taking my pet to Warner Pet Clinic in Woodland Hills for an International Travel Certification and I shared in detail my experience with Evergreen. They stated, “This doctor chose not to certify your pet and that was unfortunate and unprofessional. Based on my experience, they only charged me $185 as opposed to the BS $817 that he quoted me. Warer Pet Clinic were amazing. The service was flawless and my health certificate for my dog arrived in my email in 3 days (2 days from departure). I will be returning back to them. They saved our Christmas, truly.

Do NOT trust this vet. I brought my dog here 6 years ago to be spayed. I clearly remember the vet pushing for laser surgery, which I could not afford at the time because I was a student. after I told him I couldn’t pay for laser surgery, he immediately became nasty and rude. She recovered from the spay well, however, I recently found out the vet placed internal METAL sutures to close her incision site. I found this out because she had an X-ray recently at her new vet and the vet was shocked to see them. Her current vet told me metal sutures are not typically used and have not been used as the preferred suture for over 15 years. Metal sutures placed because this greedy vet wanted to do the cheapest job he could possibly do. The metal sutures stay forever and have a risk for infection. I am absolutely livid about this finding and it comes to show how stingy, greedy, and uncaring this vet is. Avoid this monster for the sake of your pet, go to another clinic that actually cares about animals and using STANDARD practice to care for them. Not someone who wants to save a few bucks and up charge you for his lazy job. After reading many other reviews from pet owners on mistreatment of their pets, this monster that calls himself a vet needs to have his license revoked. Reviews from months to years ago come to show his consistency in mistreating animals. Disgusting behavior from someone who is supposed to care for animals.

Just no. Didn’t give the shot they were supposed to, didn’t send the pictures they charged for (to my daughter, the dog’s owner, in the hospital, and gave a bad grooming, too. Just no.

I take my dogs here.
The veterinarian is very smart and caring. Older and to the point. Dont expect him to talk soft or fluff his communication. I like the open honesty.
The spa xan use better time management.
