It's not easy for me to give a five star review to a car rental company. But this Enterprise definitely earned it from us. We had an auto collision and insurance claim. When I went to pick up my rental, I was told my insurance was only covering a minimum amount. I get that. But the car available was in real bad shape. I was surprised to find it was even worse as I drove it home. I understand the limitation imposed by the insurance coverage limit. But that kind of car shouldn't even be offered at a rental agency, and I didn't have time then to dispute it.I wasn't expecting a text the next day from Manager Ariel. But since she said customer satisfaction was important, I replied with my experience. She invited me to return for a better replacement. My wife took the rental in and had a terrific experience with Roberto and a couple others. A simple but very nice car was provided, and we've been left with a great experience, despite the rough start.This great level of customer service is pretty much unheard of nowadays. Between the texts and the excellent help shown to my wife when she went and got a replacement, it's rare and impressive. We appreciate it.

I’ve worked with this location twice for car rentals and have had great experiences. Staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with Enterprise. Starting from picking up my rental in Valencia, Ca. After car trouble to a smooth return in Antioch, Ca. Everyone was courteous and professional.

This branch fails to deliver on the Enterprise experience I am used to receiving. This branch provided me a car that stunk of urine and marijuana. I had to travel over 11 hours of driving in that environment. When asked how they can repair the experience I asked for half the rental back ($350). I was told by, Assistant Manager Edwin, that a manager would need to review that and would get back to me. This did not happen. I got emailed my final bill, no adjustment made. When calling to resolve the situation, I spent 30 min on hold, being passed from person to person until a "Manager" eventually answered my call accidentally; only to tell me the best they could do was $50. I've had a similar experience before, so I know that this is nonsense. Disappointed that this branch has decided to act with such little concern for the experience they offer their customers. I don't usually endorse their competitors, but if you can...drive 1 min down the road and use Hertz instead!

I wanted to share what happen to me. So I booked a car a month in advance at the enterprise in Lancaster on Ave k and they called me the day before my trip to tell me they have NO CARS!! I was confused because I had a reservation and it was made way in advance… I asked ok so what happens will you guys find me a car? Answer was no. Basically it’s up to me… this was horrible in my opinion.. anyway fast forward I called a bunch of places… it’s thanksgiving weeks so no places have cars available, WHICH I NEW ALREADY WHICH WAS WHY I BOOKED MY CAR IN ADVANCE… I called this location off magic mountain packway and got ARIEL on the phone.. she was polite, she was professional and she was a super hero… she put me on hold spoke to an manager and got me a car… I’m an hour away… so I had to go why it she had it cleaned and held it for me until I got there. She saved our thanksgiving vacation… it was just that they had a car available for me but they way she spoke to me on the phone and took the time to actually help me… and when I got to the location. She helped me right away and walked me through details on the vehicle in a timely manner… Lancaster doesn’t do that they rush you out… I’m very pleased. she is great… thanks again Ariel. You saved the day…

I’m extremely disappointed and disheartened by the treatment I received from the staff at this location. That’s the last thing that I would expect since I’ve been a loyal customer for over ten years. To make matters worse, the managers from the regional office have yet to contact me in regards to my grievance that I have reported over a week ago. Thank you for clarifying how you really feel about your customers and their concerns. And before you ask, NO, I will not respond to the generic email that you reply with when someone leaves a negative review of your company.

Thank you Valencia Enterprise! I have been a customer since moving to SCV in 2010. Although staff has changed through the years, your customer service continues to be a factor in my choosing you first when I need to rent a vehicle.I recently had to rent a car while looking to replace mine, and during a stressful process of research and purchasing, your team was professional and supportive, even checking in to see how the process was going and how they could help. Keep up the good work!

I don't know why you are all claiming you are trying to contact me. I have received NO communications from anyone at this location. Period. I however have contacted you on three occasions and informed you that I was not happy with your service. The deposit requirements are asinine, You charged me way more than I was quoted and bullied me into more upcharges for things I didn't need or want. You almost left my son with cancer stranded with no way to get to treatment. I reiterate that I will not be using your service again.
