This guy grew up on a farm in India. He has taught his son, a vet as well, to treat our pets like he treated the farm animals. In any event, his probation is up in October of 2023, and I understand he expects to be back operating at the Valencia Veterinary Center, the Vet Center which is actually his business, one that he started, so it's his business. The CA Veterinary Board dropped the probation on his business, so it's still running with two other Vets, but he's expected to be back in two weeks, even though his probation isn't up for two years. Keep and eye on him and report him to the CA Veterinary Board if you hear of him working there or see him. He's a monster. ***See photo below

Thank you Valencia Vet Center!! Fantastic and supportive staff and Dr's. Our 10 yr old Golden had an urgent issue and required after hours attention. Your curb side service is awesome and we were met outside upon arrival where our four legged son was immediately escorted in for care. Quick, professional and incredibly comforting. Many thanks again and you all are great!!!

This is by far the worst vet that I have ever been to. After misdiagnosing our dog for two years we ended up having to put her down and paid to have her cremated, since she's part of the family. After multiple months with no responses in regards to where our dogs remains were, we went in only to have The staff nonchalantly tell us that they lost our precious dog. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had and I will never go back and use them for anything. 1 star is far to generous when dealing with Aron Oppliger (their alleged manager) or the butcher Dr Grewal AKA (dr. Kevorkian). DO not take your pets here.

This 24 hr clinic on McBean is awesome, across from McDonald's. Its owner, Dr.Baljit Grewal is a compassionate man who amputated my dog, Dulce's leg, after finding aggressive cancer for 1/2 the price of the 5 other hospitals I inquired into. She had been recommended for euthanasia by 2 other vets but after surgery by Dr.Grewal, she went on to live 3 more years as a happy tripod! He is an animal guy and was kind and called me on his day off immediately as I had to find a surgeon within 48 hours. A couple years earlier, I had to put my other senior dog, Eddy, to sleep. I brought him here in the middle of the night. Although this was over 5 years ago, I remember the staff being very compassionate and providing excellent care. Not rushed and very kind. I highly recommend. It would be nice if emergency vet-care weren't as pricy as it is with weekend and after-hour surcharges, however it is the nature of the industry I suppose. Additionally, I brought my cat, Passion, to them for treatment as well. Also an excellent experience from a care and treatment perspective. It was over several years that I brought my pets here and so I can report consistent positive veterinary care.

They saved my cat's life after a pitbull nearly killed him in 2015. The emergency service turned a tragedy into a miracle. Thank you!

All I can really say is "absolutely not" for a multitude of things at this hospital.

If you really love your companion please don't take him here . They gave me false hope, told me his only chance was to be hospitalized, and preyed upon my love and fear for his well-being. So I left him there, trusting they could help . When I went back to check on him several hours later, I was made to wait while the assistant went to the hospital section. I, however, followed her, peeked thru the window, and to my horror, saw them drag him very roughly out of his crate, though he was spasming in pain, and Then proceed to put in an IV, etc.! I questioned them as to why they were just now starting to treat him, and was given gibberish about them needing to run all sorts of tests, etc.. (though they had already done so, which is why he was hospitalized). I went back in the morning to find him so much worse. At this point they told me to just take him home. Which I did. His condition continued to worsen, and, the next morning, he went into convulsions. My husband and I took him back, and they euthanized him. Long story short...he died of complete kidney failure. Which the Vet knew, and I didn't. All he should have said initially upon first consultation.. is...Lady, we can't help him...he is dying. Just take him home and keep him as comfortable as you can, as he will be dead in a day or so. Instead, we ended up paying close to $4.5k, and he suffered in a crate in their "hospital," instead of being able to just stay home and die in peace. And Then they had the audacity to charge us even more money to put him down. My husband and I confronted the Vet about his excessive fees, and, honestly, he said, "Well, I have to pay for my expensive new equipment!" The point is...he never flat out told me my beloved was, in fact, dying. He instead told me to leave him in their care and they could help..... Themselves...to my pocketbook! This is one rip-off dispassionate vet firm, to be avoided at all costs!

Today my son took our small dog in for what appeared to us to be a bladder infection, (blood in the urine, small accidents, and small amounts). We were certainly grateful to have a place open on Christmas day and expected we may pay more for the initial visit, (turned out to be $110). What we didn't expect is that initially they wanted to run a mountain of various test which they approximated to be nearly $1,000! I told my son that if I went to the doctor for a potential bladder infection he would test for the most obvious rather than suggesting a dozen other potential things, then do a urine test and send me home with a prescription for about a total of $200. So my son asked that they just test for a bladder infection as we couldn't possibly afford to run a bunch of tests rather than starting with the most logical. No surprise, our pup had a bladder infection and they sent her home with 2 prescriptions and some pro-biotics. The kicker is that after turning down a $1000 in tests we still walked out with a bill of $560 and it took them almost 3 hours to take the blood and prescribe. Again we are grateful that they were open and seemingly caring and could care for our pet, but when a human can get the same care for less than half of what it costs for a pet you have to ask yourself if this is just price gouging. It feels like being taken advantage of because what caring pet owner can say no that's too much my pet will just have to suffer. Disappointing.

With Thanksgiving coming up tomorrow, I wanted to say how thankful I am for Valencia Veterinary Center and their team! Our cat Max is doing great today, and that is due to the efforts of everyone we worked with there. If I could give more than five stars I would. We brought Max in at 11:00 PM on a Wednesday night with some sort of urinary distress issue. Dr. Harry examined him and gave us two different treatment options. We chose the one that didn't involve keeping him in the hospital, and Dr. Harry was very hopeful it would do the trick. The next day Max didn't seem any better, so we elected to take him to our "regular vet". Bad mistake! We were not treated well there, and they basically did nothing for him. We won't be going back there again! And they specialize in cats... We brought him back to Valencia Veterinary Center on Friday morning to see Dr. Stephanie. She is the most amazing vet we've ever had! She was so gentle and caring with Max. Her suggestion was that we hospitalize him for a night so they could do the option we didn't go with the first time. Sophie was our vet tech, and she did an awesome job in handling Max, who can be pretty nasty when he's at the vet and uncomfortable. They cleaned out Max's issues and sent him home with us on schedule the next afternoon. Their prices were more than fair, and everyone we dealt with was caring and courteous. A wonderful and comforting experience that made a difficult time so much better! We will take our cat back to see Dr. Stephanie, Dr. Harry and Sophie any time! We've been to several other clinics in town and these guys are the best by far!!

I live with furry family members, so vet visits are always a scary unfortunate reality sometimes. I've never been here before, but my usual place *cough* All Creatures *cough* that is open 24/7 had no vet available (why are you advertising being open but without a vet??), so we made the executive decision (because kitty was scaring us with her excessive drool grossness) to try this place out. I'm glad we did. They were so nice and accommodating for our kitty emergency. Vet bills are always painful (and this one was no exception), but they fixed Sully's abscessed tooth in a jiffy and I'm grateful for them. Plus they had a vet on site.

We had to come in at 10pm at night and their staff found a way to fit our little baby girl in. The care is incredible and the staff will help you along the way. Our baby is now feeling better, all thanks to the great staff and Dr. D! I certainly recommend this local 24 hr vet for late night emergencies, though also for regular visits. The vets and staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. I trust my baby with this vet and certainly will be back.

I brought my 21 pound dog in as she was vomiting non stop after eating frosty paws treat. First let me say that the woman that they have working there are great. Dr Delashmutt was great. The low rating is for the over blown high prices and "Dr Harry" who never met me in person but tried to guilt me on the phone into leaving my dog over night for a whopping $ 1900.00. His comment to me on the phone was " if you think you can care for your dog better then a hospital,,,then pick her up and take her home, but Dr. D said she should stay overnight at the hospital ". I called Dr D today. She ONLY said she should stay if there was a blockage which there was not. I am still waiting for the report that I paid an additional $ 175.00 for which other 24 hour places do NOT charge. I saw the Xrays and I can see there is nothing stuck anywhere!!!! That additional 175.00 wasn't necessary. I paid 782.00 to fix vomiting. It was beyond rude that he could not come out just to say a few words and meet us. Shame on him for trying to guilt me into leaving her over night, when her vomiting was already under control. She did great last night and today. A big thank you to the woman that work there and run the place!

READ BEFORE VISITING: This place was the absolute worst decision any pet owner could make. My first visit was when my little guy was having trouble breathing. They took some X-rays and at first said it could be pneumonia. Then they dropped the C word. Telling me how there is a chance this could be cancer and that I should really keep him there and run all these tests that totaled thousands. We said no thank you and took our guy over to little paws in canyon country. Lo and behold, it was pneumonia. Simple antibiotics for that. No mention of cancer. Ridiculous. More recently my dog was exhibiting some really scary symptoms. Fluid in the abdomen and non stop wheezing, he was having a hard time breathing. First of all he did NOT get an exam, instead he was sent back into the oxygen tank, per LITTLE PAWS request and mine. Secondly, I kept asking them if they got the information from little paws, the scans and x rays we took that day. The doctor kept saying they did not and nothing was sent blah blah. When I called LP they informed me everything was sent and at what time AND they got a confirmation. How are you going to blame your incompetent inability to read a simple email on someone else? Third, the vet on call or whatever kept referring to him as "the dog". "The dog" has this and "the dog" has that. My dog has a name and as a doctor you should know it. Simple bedside manor. Funnily enough the only time I saw the doctor was when she was telling me everything that could be wrong with my guy and to give me pricing. I never saw her after she gave me the bill, she did not shake my hand and she never returned. Over 2500$ of tests to see if maybe she could figure what was wrong. We took our guy to All Creatures instead. After about an hour they let us know it could be congestive heart failure and gave us a plan. Unfortunately, he did not make it. But I am so happy he was able to live out his final moments getting the care that this place could not and did not provide. I strongly STRONGLY encourage you to go anywhere else but here. Our pets are our family, they have a NAME for gods sake and they deserve so much better. They are more than just an effing dollar sign. 0/10 from reception to exam. And to the vet who couldn't even bother to learn my pets name, you should be ashamed of yourself. Wish I knew yours but conveniently that wasn't shared either. Overall the worst place in Santa Clarita or anywhere to get treated.

Awful Place to take you precious pet. Money before saving your pet No compassion :(
