So easily the most honest people I have met in SCV! I just called to schedule a service. The lady on the phone (I apologize I didn't ask her name), started going through the regular questions. Then out of the blue was like, this is way too early to be replacing this part. Did your dash notify you to do this? Is the part faulty. I said no the dealership told me to do it. She asked a few more questions and said they're happy to test it for me but the car at this age and model is designed to notify you. She could've just been like, come in! That'll be $800! But she didn't, she was super honest and even taught me something new about a car I had for two years already! HIGHLY Reccommend!

Sierra Auto Care is a SUPER friendly and excellently accommodating crew. Sure, they don't operate on the weekends, but they will do everything in their power to not only repair your vehicle, but make sure that warranties and/or insurances help with the financial burden. If their loaner vehicle is available they will offer it up in order to offset an added car rental fee!The service technicians are friendly, they even helped drop me off where I needed to go locally while they worked on my van.They are one of the approved repair shops on CarMax's list. I'm glad CarMax put Sierra Auto on our radar. Highly recommended.

Took my car in for breaks, roaders, and fluid flush. They were very detailed, friendly, and their prices were great. I had previously had a car get towed here for emergency service that ended up getting towed again to the dealership since the issue was under warranty and they had the most amazing customer service. That experience is what brought me back and I have already referred my family to them because they were that great.

Tried to sell me parts I didn't need. Was charging me Way too much so I contacted my mobile mechanic who properly diagnosed my car and cost me much much much less.

What can I say? Had another great experience with Sierra auto care. The work they do has always been great and professional and that is why I keep going to them. Working with Maria upfront makes drop off and pick up hassle free and she really knows what she's doing when it comes to cars. I am very appreciative of all the work. Nick and his crew have done for me and my car. Kudos to all! My only question is, are you ever going to get Saturday hours back? Ha ha ha thanks for everything guys!

Nick and Sierra Auto service were great and I couldn't recommend them more. I had 2 problems with my Prius and he fixed the minor one in minutes and the second was more serious. He fixed the serious problem faster than I expected. Price was less than I expected too! Sierra is well worth the drive to get competent and trustworthy auto care.

I think I may have found my new mechanic! With Sierra Auto Care's high Yelp rating, coupled with the fact that they are also an AAA Approved shop, I gave them a try. I took my wife's car in to fix the brakes, and while I was surprised to find out that the car needed new lower control arms ($$$!) as well as a brake fluid flush and new brake pads, they were friendly, fast, and professional. The text from the manager afterward just to make sure everything was okay was also a nice touch. Would like to say I can't wait to try them again, but I can wait until the next car issue.

I think it's high time that I write a review because this is the only place that I ever trust with all my car issues!! We just bought a 2010 Toyota Prius for our teenage daughter & I took it to them for a lookover. Nick & Maria are the best humans & treat everyone like they're a neighbor. I like sitting in the waiting room, no matter how long something may take, have great conversations & watch how they treat every customer & staff with respect. They're honest, offer great pricing & will work out a plan if, like in my case with the Prius (it needs a lot of updates to get it into tip top condition), to stagger the work based on urgency that suits your financial situation. When you find mechanics that treat you like family, you shout it from the rooftops, so here I am, shouting from a rooftop . Thank you guys!

This place was a great find. My alternator died on my Honda Odyssey, so I needed to have it towed somewhere. I saw that Sierra Auto Care was on the AAA approved list. After looking at their reviews, I decided to call them. I had done some research on how much it might cost and what alternator to use. When I called, It was refreshing to talk to someone who was knowledgable. Maria already knew of the problems with Odyssey's and which alternator to recommend. She was able to give me a price and that they would be able to work on it the same day. I had the car towed there, they took a look and confirmed that the alternator was the issue. They also let me know that I should replace the serpentine belt (since it would have to be removed anyways to change out the alternator) and only charged me for the part. It's difficult to find an auto shop that you can trust, that does quality work and has great people working there. I feel like I finally found a place like that in Sierra Auto Care. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for their auto needs.

I brought my car in at noon to get my brakes fixed and they were able to squeeze me in and get it taken care of that afternoon. Nick texted me pictures of the problem and was able to give me a AAA discount which I greatly appreciated! Great, friendly customer service.

Yesterday, I discovered a large screw embedded in my back tire that caused a flat so I called them 20 min before closing and I was able to schedule an appointment for today @ 8am. I showed up late at 8:05am and while I waited Hector was kind enough to allow me to ask questions (low key bother him lol) and he was truly gracious so THANK YOU Hector! Maria was helpful as always and Nick is a hoot and keeps you laughing. My car was done by 8:30am and without their knowledge I was on a time crunch and had to be out of there by no later than 8:40am. Not only did I show up late but they managed to get everything done in 25min that included them having to plug a hole in the replacement tire I wanted them to use. This was my 2nd visit and I as I stated in my other review I wouldn't go anywhere else because they're so amazing! I'm so thankful for the hard working team at Sierra Auto Care!

I needed my auto air conditioner fixed and researched several auto shops for pricing and appointments. Called Sierra Auto Care and explained to Maria, a very knowledgeable and friendly young lady, what was wrong with the A/C. She explained what it might cost, how long it would take to fix the A/C and then scheduled me for the next day, 9/9/22. After speaking with Maria, I decided to drive to their location to make sure I knew where I would be going the next morning. Nick was in the office and asked to see my car. He knew exactly what was wrong and what had to be done and quoted me a very reasonable price. I understand Nick had to do more extensive work on my A/C and he didn't charge me extra for the additional work done. I found my new "go-to-mechanic". I was extremely pleased with Sierra Auto Care service. I HIGHLY recommend their service.

Pissed off client, pissed off mechanic who reads the reviews so whose really pisses here? Client hasn't had her car in over 2 months lost her job is stuck and broke! $3,000 later and after 6 returns. What should the client do? Any suggestions?
