Don’t fall for their loan, I am currently having problems with them, I bought a ring for which I will be paying $235 every month for 15 months and after I paid all, after a month or so they gave me a call saying you still owe some hundreds of dollars… Also the representative on the line had told me that I have fully paid the loan. Now I am telling them thats the person who said Im done with all my payments they couldn’t give the interaction # or the detail of the last conversation Ive had for which what they should have taken note on their system, but they couldn’t give one..

I honestly don't do reviews unless it's really bad service or really good. And in this case Glendi is wonderful and went out of her way to help me pick out a bracelet. I couldn't recommend her enough super kind, and helpful I'm definitely coming back to buy from her!

Glendi was rude and unhelpful. She was laughing and chatting with her friends but wasnt helping customers. I would have been a potential paying customer, but felt that the customer service was not welcoming or professional.

Watch out for the fine prints, specially those printed on obscured print outs. Even layout of contracts can be designed to ridicule customers.Never sign anything on the first visit! Take your time to read contracts, ask questions like return policies, monthly schedules covering the first payment up to when you can expect to pay off the installment plan. This should be listed on the contract.Feel free to leave when in doubt. The above tips are generally suggested and are not directed to any particular sales outlet.

Fabiola and Ms. Borja were professionals and easy to deal with. Fabiola took her time to learn what I was looking for. I just hope I bought the right carats.

I purchased a $1600 ring here last year for my anniversary and an additional warranty on top if the ring price. A person named Glendi Borja Helped me and insisted I only see her if I have any questions. I come back to see her and ask if I can resize the ring, she asks for an additional $75 to resize it when I was under the impression it was free. I ended up resizing it elsewhere for a fraction of the price. I am writing this review now because I visited another Daniel's location up north, and they told me I should have gotten a free resizing under my warranty plan that I had purchased. Stay away from this place, looks like they'll do anything for a small profit.

Took my chain in for repair and unfortunately it wasn't able to be repaired. Luckily for me, I purchased the warranty and I was able to exchange it. Once I brought in my proof of purchase since I bought it from a different location Store manager Mike and his team were able to change it for me. Every team member I interacted with were friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable! I'll definitely be returning for more jewelry! Thank you team Valencia!

Long Time Return Customer Lost! Me And My Now Fiancé Have Purchased Many Items From Daniels Jewelers Over The Past Few Years. (Including My Engagement Ring) Along With The Ring We Purchased The 3 Year Insurance Plan For The Ring And Lets Just Say It Was NOT Cheap. (Nearly $1,000) Well The 3 Year Mark Was Coming up On The Plan So I Decided I Should Probably Take It In To Get It Completely Cleaned, Re-Dipped And To Have Them Check That All The Prongs Were Tightened And No Stones Would Fall Out Because A Few Had Over The Years. Well Under The Current Circumstances The Mall Closed Down Near My House So I Was Unable To Take It In. Once They Reopened In June I Took It In And They Sent It Out And Everything Seemed Okay Well Not Even A Week Later A Few Stones Fell Out. (I Always Make Sure I Am Careful With My Ring So There Was No Reason For Stones To Fall Out) Of Course By This Time The Mall Had Re-closed And I Had To Wait For It To Be Back Open. Well The Mall Reopened This Week So I Took My Ring Into Them. Explained The Situation And Explained That My Insurance Plan Had Expired WHILE THEY WERE CLOSED. I Assumed Their Response Would Be That They Would Honor The Insurance Since They Were Closed Down And I Had No Way Of Getting It To Them. I Assumed Wrong! Instead The Gentleman That Help Me Tried To Sell Me Another 3 Years Of Insurance At Almost $1,000. And When I Declined He Said He Could Send It In To Get Fixed But Would Not Know How Much It Would Cost Until It Came Back But It Would Range From $200-$500 Just To Replace The Stone. I Declined Both Services And Left The Store With My Ring Still Missing Stones. All I Could Think Was Don’t These People Realize How Much These Little Rings Mean To People And The Heartache I Get When A Stone Falls Out. I Mean Put My Financial Situation To The Side It’s The Least They Could Do To Help Me. I Decided That I Couldn’t Just Leave My Ring As Is And Went To Another Jeweler To Get Another Opinion. He Was So Helpful Quoted Me An Amazing Price And Not Only Is He Going To Replace The Diamond He Informed Me That The Prong Would Need To Be Fixed And That He Would Have It Cleaned And Re-Dipped. And It Was Only Gonna Cost Me A Fifth Of The Price And He Would Have It Ready The Next Day! But Wait! Thats Not The End Of The Story. I Received A Call From Him Today And He Informed Me That As He Was Cleaning The Ring Nearly 8 Other Ones Fell Out. He Was So Confused As To Why, Until He Realized That Each Stone That Had Been Replaced Over The Years Were Just GLUED In. Yes You Read That Right Daniels Jewelers Had Been GLUEING The Diamonds Back In. And NOT Fixing The Prongs That Hold Them In. Of Course Im Not Looking For A Free Hand Out But A Little Compassion Would Of Been Nice. I Definitely Will Not Be Returning To Daniels Jewelers Ever. Please Be Aware When You Decide Where To Purchase Jewelry From.
