Always a great place to shop. It’s always clean and staff is always very friendly. My only complaint which I know is out of their control is that I wish everything didn’t need to be locked up. Otherwise it’s a great place to shop and always great coupons and savings.

I had my shingles vaccine at the pharmacy. They were so helpful. I had my first and a different different pharmacy but there was a huge difference. The pharmacist was so helpful. Thank you for your help.

I chose this place bec I live 3 mins away. The pharmacy was clean despite a very busy evening. But I had a horrible experience getting vaccination here, which I'll never wanna get if i'm not forced to get it. Prior to giving injection, the pharmacist (man) with thick eyeglasses said, "I know it's not gonna be fun." Then he sort of threw the needle at my right arm. As you can guess, that was the worst vaccination experience I ever had. The site of the injection hurt until 30 minutes after. I didn't feel like I was treated as a human being, but I thanked him anyway. Also, the pharmacist didn't do patient teaching when I picked up my topical medication. Sure enough, Ive moved my next 2 vaccinations to Walmart Kelly Johnson Parkway that has a pharmacist (man) who gave me injection that I coudn't feel the needle at all.

By far the best pharmacy in Santa Clarita. The staff at this pharmacy is polite, helpful, knowledgeable, quick with customer service. They all work hard for their customers.

If I could give a minus for the service they offer in Pharmacy I would -1 Star You call to have them process a prescription that has to be called in and lifted off hold and they put you on hold okay I don't mind waiting but you can tell when they pick the phone up and place you back on hold. Several times this happened and they did not pick up for over 11 minutes on hold! They need to fix the problem not place you on hold for extended periods of time!!!

I've always thought fairly highly of CVS. I feel like that is not shared by all, including doctors which is odd to me but my experience is typically good. Both the store overall and the pharmacy. Locations tend to have good continuity between them as franchises should. I guess there could be better pharmacy/convenience stores but CVS has almost always fulfilled my needs without issue.

We use this pharmacy for all our prescriptions. The pharmacy staff including all the pharmacistsans technicians area very helpful, professional, and efficient. Yesterday I needed help regarding my Care Pass and the store manager ( Shella?) was very nice and helpful.

5 stars for keeping the smell of BO in your entrance for years. It’s like gettin slapped in the face by a corpse every time I walk in. Will return, you should probably check your attic

Most of the men that work there are pleasant but the women that work at this pharmacy are truly lacking in customer service. They are completely rude and act like they're doing you a favor instead of their job by filling your prescription. Complete attitude during the entire process whether it's on the phone or in person. Typical of service these days. Walgreens has much better service, unfortunately insurance has forced me to go to CVS and I hate it every time. If you don't have to use this pharmacy don't.

I don't know why a lot of the reviews are so low. I love this store. It is spacious, clean, and well organized. I go to the pharmacy often as I am type 1 diabetic and the staff has always been so kind and willing to give help and advice when needed.

Isn't drive thru supposed to be fast???! This one seem to take their time and doesn't realize how many cars are waiting. It took me 20 minutes to get to the pick up window with only 2 cars in front of me. Lots of room for improvement here. Hopefully this can be resolve soon.
